It is said that actions are performed through Samadhi, that is, abiding in and practicing with divine pride. Among them, for ordinary people, how should one understand the body Vajra, etc., during walking and other times? For special people, actions should be performed through Samadhi according to the order of the ninth chapter, etc. The first is greed, and the second should be understood as a vow. The so-called "such" refers to the mind in the form of such a mandala wheel, that is, the mind with divine pride. The so-called "what are the actions of body, speech, and mind" means that all ordinary actions of the body and ordinary actions of speech are transformed into the nature of mudras and mantras by this mind. For special people, what need is there to mention the deity? Because for a Bodhisattva who knows all means, there is nothing to be blamed. Therefore, because not understanding the means leads to undesirable results, it is commonly prohibited by scriptural authority. A Bodhisattva who understands the means follows the actions of the body, etc., with a mind that understands the nature, so how can it become non-virtuous? As it is said: The Bodhisattva's conceptualization, whether it is virtuous or evil, whatever the power of the mind transforms, that auspiciousness will all transform. Therefore, in the Ornament of Clear Realization Sutra, it is said: Bodhisattvas will completely abandon killing from all aspects. Otherwise, until one sees harm to the Three Jewels, etc. How is it that killing, etc., purifies the mind and transforms it into the nature of mudras and mantras, etc.? Among them, the so-called "one thing" is like a woman. The so-called "various" refers to seeing flavors and desires, eating, etc. Similarly, the Bhagavan is also merely a separate manifestation depending on conceptualization. An outsider with a conceptualization of slander will fall into hell, relying on a virtuous friend, following the virtuous deeds he indicates will be reborn in heaven. Relying on the stable right path he establishes, one will become a Buddha according to one's fortune. Therefore, for one thing, there are various conceptualizations, suffering is hell, etc., and happiness.

Etcetera. Beings, that is, the differences in actions that produce the three kinds of enlightenment, are transformed in this way by the distinctions of different thoughts on the same nature of mind. Why is that? "Virtue and non-virtue" refers to all the forms of physical and verbal actions, such as the ten virtues. "Because of the power of the mind" means that it arises from the distinctions of thoughts that do not know the mind as it is, and therefore it turns into virtue and non-virtue. "Therefore" means that because various things arise from thoughts. "The mind that has abandoned all pervasive thoughts" refers to the fact that all pervasive thoughts, which appear like a snake on a rope but are actually non-existent, are extinguished, and thus the illusory mind, the act of cutting off life, etc., is the abandonment of all thoughts. "How could it become black karma?" means that it is not like killing, etc., which is dominated by hatred, so it will not become black, that is, it will not become the cause of falling into evil destinies. Whoever commits the act of killing, etc., with hatred, etc., becomes black karma, therefore, it will not change in that way by compassion alone. So, if it is not the cause of falling into evil destinies, will it become the cause of rising to higher realms? It will not change in that way either, because it is not like the sacrifice of killing animals and burning them, which is dominated by attachment, so it will not become the cause of rising to higher realms. So, what will it become? By following compassion, it becomes solely the cause of enlightenment, because oneself and others are completely purified. In the eighteenth chapter it says: "Enlightenment is perfectly taught to those who have no merit or sin." Now, the ritual for restoring vows that have been broken due to forgetfulness, etc., is explained. "Vow," etc. A vow means that which must not be transgressed, that is, the root and branches, etc., that is, one's own actions that have been promised in front of the guru. Its exhaustion means that it has been transgressed. Immediately after it has been transgressed, that is, "the union of the glorious vow vajra," that is, having done it in the yoga of accomplishing meaning. Its union is That which possesses the first union, etc., therefore it is said thus. "Thinking of beings as naturally pure," means making all beings naturally pure of all faults, and oneself also becoming its nature.
