It is because of being under your control. Therefore, this Bhagavan is the best of desires and also the best of vows. The best of all vows is true wisdom, and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who possess it are the best, the foremost. Or, in a subtle way, it pervades like sesame oil in sesame seeds. Bliss is beyond the world, it is that which is greatly bestowed, and to say it dwells in the heart, the heart is the root of the mind. The father is the one who generates with pure and impure bodies. The best of vows, the best is the pure form of the mind, therefore it is excellent. The proclaimed words of truth, such as "by what truth" and so on. The supreme wisdom is non-dual wisdom, because there is no duality. Among them, not fixating on duality is wisdom, and fixating on non-duality is means, as it is said, "That which is without substance is wisdom, means is the characteristic of things." and so on. This one who possesses the nature of Bodhicitta is also the nature of the mandala lord. Therefore, for the mandala, following its nature is inevitable. Truth is non-perverted. Desire is the thought that appears in the mind. The term "dharmas" refers to the mandala assembly from Vairochana onwards to the nectar fire offering. The phrase "like an image" means that it is of the nature of mind-only. Purity is because the obscurations of afflictions are completely purified. Clarity is because the obscurations of knowable objects are completely purified. Absence of turbidity is because the obscurations of meditative absorption are completely purified. Unseizable is because of one's own awareness, therefore it cannot be seized by other consciousnesses. Inexpressible is because it is not the object of sound and conceptual thoughts. The cause of these is the Dharmadhatu. From that, it is through hearing, thinking, and meditating, and so on. Because this arises universally from these two, it is said in that way. Suchness and Thusness are true wisdom, the sound of both.

All phenomena are completely pure, which is called suchness and reality. This is the indivisible Dharmakaya of all Tathagatas. That is also the Bhagavan Vajradhara, and that itself is the master of all mandalas, so it is necessarily born from that. Its similar cause is the term for that. Therefore, these Vairochana and others are related to all Tathagatas, and are gathered together like mirror-like wisdom. Mirror-like wisdom and others are sealed with the seal of equality, and based on this true wisdom, the other defiled and undefiled dharmas are also sealed with these aggregates, sources, and elements. Therefore, one should meditate on these as being inseparable from those, because the nature of self-nature purity and the seal are used as a measure. The meaning of "image" is how it is depicted. The meaning of "clear" is to look at whose image is whose image. The meaning of "immaculate" is that sins can definitely be eliminated by the blessing of truth and the blessing of the Bhagavan. Having prayed to the Bhagavan in this way, the disciple who is worthy of being initiated should be initiated. It is also temporarily divided into two types: one is the common vows, and the other is the Acharya's vows. Among them, the vows that are given without acting as an Acharya are the common vows, and their characteristic is only taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta, as mentioned before. If the vows that are given make one an Acharya, then it is the Acharya's vows, which are perfectly gathered by the five families. That is also introduced for the sake of seeking the Acharya, and the name of this vow refers to the former, and its nature has also been explained by me. Among them, how to enter with the common vows is what is mentioned in the words such as "common disciple", that is, after the disciple has bathed, adorned with incense and so on, wearing garlands of flowers, with a fragrant mouth, tying a red upper garment and lower garment, topknot and face cover, as before.
