And also examining the future, also from the feet of the one who protects from knowing, going to that very place, in order to show the meaning of gathering, supplicate to him. Then, because he is his disciple, since he is not to be made to serve him, therefore he promised. Then, in order to make the means of practice for him, supplicating and seeking the meaning, he was pleased, and I generated diligence, it should be spoken, that is how it is. This, in a possible way, shows oneself not deceiving. By "benefit all beings" and so on, it is to make the ritual special. The benefit of beings, the ultimate of complete enlightenment, whatever is the perfection of worldly and beyond worldly, is the basis of all, that is, it becomes the cause. This shows the limbs, necessities, etc. of the entrance of those who have discrimination. Thus, the perfection of the benefit of beings is the necessity of what should be spoken of in this well-explained place, and the ritual that is the basis of it is what should be spoken of, and realizing it without error is the necessity of well-explaining and listening, and also, because it is to be accomplished by well-explaining, therefore it is well-explaining and necessity, etc., related by the nature of method and what arises from method, is also spoken of by meaning. If from the words of the Bhagavan, or from the near teachings of other teachers, is it not possible to know the ritual of the means of practice of Manjushri? Therefore, thinking what should be done about this? Speaking of the special necessity of this means of practice is by "leisure and endowment" and so on. Leisure, the endowment of my body, is to be free from the eight unfree states. These are the eight unfree states: wrong view, being born in hells, being born as pretas, being born as animals, being born where the Buddha's words are not heard, being born in border areas, being dull and mute, being born in long-lived gods. The leisure and endowment with the characteristic of being free from the eight unfree states is wavering, that is, decaying, since this is no different from the sixth and seventh, therefore it is called the world, in the body of the gathering of noble beings of the world.

It is also extremely rare to associate with those who correctly teach. Just as: When will the omniscient ones appear or not appear in the world? Like the flower of the Udumbara, it is rare to appear even occasionally. Even more than this, the practice of secret mantras is extremely rare. Thus it is said. In the Gathering Sutra, the Bhagavan also said: Because sentient beings do not have the fortune of the meaning of secret words, therefore, at that time, I did not speak. Vajradhara prayed like this. After that, the Tathagatas also said: Son of the lineage, just as you have not learned or heard ordinary letters, so too, the Tathagatas, all of us, and all the Bodhisattvas, have not obtained secret letters, nor have we manifested complete enlightenment. This is because the practice of mantra is difficult to obtain, and it shows that those who teach it are also difficult to obtain. Therefore, it is said that idle and complete sentient beings should be diligent in means and wisdom, that is, abiding in the nature of emptiness and compassion, which is deep and vast. The extreme means victory. In order to make it non-dual, the aforementioned ritual is said, which is related to the previous one. Thus, for what reason is this idle and complete so rare and fleeting, and it is also difficult to associate with the guru, so in order to prevent the obstacles of extensive speaking and listening, in order to make the mind extremely diligent in wisdom and means, the aforementioned ritual will be briefly stated, thus intending. Now we will talk about the practitioner and the place and the perfect things to be cultivated.

It is like that. (དེ་ལ་, dela, Sanskrit: tatra, here) is called what is arranged closely. (སྔགས་པ་, ngagpa) is called a yogi. (འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས་, jampai yang) is called related to diligence. Wanting to be liberated from suffering and the cause of suffering is its essence. From that power itself becoming Bodhi, that is, becoming a Buddha, with what intention it arises, it is called that. Like that, a loving person will undoubtedly want to benefit beings, therefore will be devoted to finding methods. Then, because the greatest compassion is not omniscient, it is thought that it is impossible to benefit beings in various ways, thereby generating the mind of omniscience. Then, get used to that method. Then, from that perfectly enlightened and benefiting beings through the Dharma, this is called the order. The source of wisdom is hidden, like the suffering of others, wanting to be free from the cause of suffering, that is compassion, therefore having compassion, wanting to accomplish that method. It is said like that. Therefore, his Tathagata-nature is incidental, it is said like that. Those methods are briefly summarized, described as the characteristics of the practitioner, that is, giving, etc., the perfection of giving, etc. Those are repeatedly accustomed to, that is merit, the practitioner who has those ornaments is called that. The profound principle is the nature of selflessness, is the principle of mantra. In particular, faith in this is certain and has desire, that is, this is the only one. Also possessing the ornaments of the merits of giving, etc., and also particularly believing in the profound principle, this is the summary. Whatever is the ritual of the mandala of the oral instructions of glorious Guhyasamaja (དཔལ་ལྡན་འདུས་པའི་, paldan düpai), by which the initiation is well bestowed, that is, beautifully initiated. Beautiful also because of meeting the supreme guru. Having those perfections is the vow. Properly and truly, that is, in the order of water and crests, etc., having received permission from the guru, that is, whoever obtains all the permissions, that is, properly obtaining permission.
