"Vajra Meaning Accomplished" means: In its center, Tara is completely in accordance with the meaning, and as before, contemplate that it is surrounded by the mandala assembly. Like illusions, etc., all phenomena that are universally conceived only by appearance do not actually exist, this is the meaning of falsehood, and the immutable words that show that all dharmas are naturally luminous, are the lies of Vajra speech, through them. "Everything is form" means: contemplate the forms of the mandala deities with the aspects of stability and movement, both worldly and transcendental. "The abode of all victors" refers to: Buddha's eye, etc. "Victors" refers to: the mandala assembly such as Buddhas. "Deceiving" refers to: deceiving through various combinations of actions excreted from the lunar secret bindu, etc., that is, the correct union of Vajra and Padma, is the correct union with it. Or, different from what is known in the world, in order to see the difference in meaning, declare the three wheels to be pure, which is the same as the root, that is, for the happiness of others, for the cause of the teacher's happiness, and for the benefit of the Three Jewels.

之故。应恒常说妄语。如是说之故。因此，说彼虚空之语无垢。所谓有智慧者，乃是进入修持如明镜等智慧者之谓。秘密者，是对声闻等应保密者。因其能成就自己所欲之本尊果位，故能成就咒语之成就。誓言具有意义而成就。彼迎请者，乃是瑜伽士之续部的自性。所谓彼具意义之誓言之真如者，乃是已述之具有相之欺骗。应如实宣说意义，意为应如实按照已说之二者而行。经中说，行合和等以五支断命等将变成四种，若其中任何一种不完整，也不会变成。此处因不见任何一支，故能成就自性清净之圆满菩提之果。此乃喜爱说妄语之经之义。从“之后”等开始，连接到“赐予教诲”。诸佛之住处乃是佛土，因彼之身语意中安住着一切如来。因其是不退转之成就，是真实成就，故是金刚成就之最胜显示。于圣救度母之莲花中。所谓誓言坛城，乃是具有意义而成就之坛城，于其中心观想自己为宝生佛。诸色 以一切，是指坛城众和芝麻荚相似者。充满此等，是指坛城和虚空界充满一切。粗语等，以等字显示了别解脱等三律仪完全清净，如《经庄严论》云：从一切堕落中生起者，是空性之个别觉悟。如是所说。其中，薄伽梵所说之粗语乃是六道众生。

It is said in the scriptures that performing harmony and other things, such as killing with five limbs, will become four kinds, and if any one of them is incomplete, it will not become. Here, since no limb is visible, it can accomplish the fruit of perfect enlightenment that is naturally pure. This is the meaning of the sutra of delighting in telling lies. Starting from "then" etc., connect to "giving teachings". The abode of the Buddhas is the Buddha Land, because all the Tathagatas reside in its body, speech, and mind.
