Sawa, one should observe the act of striking with the blazing vajra held in the right hand, reducing it to ashes. Alternatively, contemplate residing within the lotus of the wisdom-being just mentioned, upon the circle of fire above the wind. Emanate a vajra from one's own heart, insert it into the mouth of the wisdom-being, and shower a blazing garland of mantras like a string of hailstones upon her body. Contemplate striking and reducing it to ashes with one's own secret, blazing vajra, possessing the light of a billion suns. Her consciousness should be contemplated as the form of a flame of a lamp, unmoved by the stainless wind. Bless the aggregates and so forth, and meditate on the form of Achala (Immovable One) arising from the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ). Extract it with the mantra called Vajradhṛka (བཛྲ་དྷྲྀཀ་,वज्रधृक,vajradhṛka), and in front, contemplate it residing on a wooden chariot in the form of a triangle arising from the syllable Raṃ (རཾ,रं,raṃ). From below, lifted by the wind circle arising from the syllable Yaṃ (ཡཾ,यं,yaṃ), send it to the realm of Abhirati (Manifest Delight), and having properly established it on the great throne of the Dharma in the three realms, contemplate that all the Tathāgatas and others empower and bless it. Thus, this manifest activity means that one will be born in the realm of Achala, as the sons of the Victorious One with his form. Even if one is not a superior being, one should generate the form of Achala in the same way as other methods. If one thinks that killing by external means only becomes a sin, that is not so, because the actions of body, speech, and mind, which are greatly divided by hatred, are what cause suffering. Here, it is with great compassion that one kills solely for the benefit of those beings. The act of killing, the one who kills, and the object to be killed are engaged in without the three extremes. At the time when compassion arises, the thought of killing does not arise, just as light and darkness are mutually contradictory, and it is impossible for two thoughts to arise at the same time. It is also said: 'If there is self-grasping, then the thought of others arises; from distinguishing self and others, attachment and aversion arise; all sufferings arise from this; for them, everything depends on this.' Thus spoke the Bhagavan.

Moreover, it is said in the Sutra of the Destruction of Jambudvipa: "Beings acting with illusion, although they manifest many and kill here, yet there are no killers there; the nature of all dharmas is just like that." Thus it is said. This Dharma should be taught to those who strive to please the infinite Tathagatas from one life to the next, who are particularly devoted to the excellent, and who have faith in the words of the Bhagavan. Otherwise, it is not for those who are completely devoted and half-ripe, just like scolding and drinking from a bottle of milk mixed with impurities. The Bhagavan himself said: "Monks or wise ones, just like gold that is burned, cut, and hammered, having thoroughly examined it, you should accept my teachings, not just out of respect." Moreover, thorough examination is also explained in all the chapters of this tantra, such as the chapter on Bodhicitta. Here, one should acknowledge that complete ignorance is the most supreme, and not a perverted mind that leads to hell, as the Noble Sutra of the Jewel Heap says: "Where the mind cannot grasp, what I do not know is utterly unknown; there, the Tathagata is established as witness; the Sugata said that unbearable Bodhi is attained." Thus it is said. Because it is too extreme, it is a ritual. That is all; here, the meaning of the sutra "beings who kill" is explained. The words "after that," etc., should be connected to the words "thus he taught." The so-called "Wisdom Liberation Utterly Accomplished" means that beings oppressed by stinginess, such as wealthy people and secret ones, achieve the body of the Buddha by abandoning that wisdom like a wish-fulfilling jewel, hence it is called Wisdom Liberation Utterly Accomplished. Because the three limits of self, others, and things are by nature completely pure, it is called Essence Purity. Precisely because of this, like the sky, it cannot be changed by the colors of faults and virtues, hence it is called Undefiled. The conduct of the nature that liberates beings with stinginess is the Bodhi conduct, and it is shown by thoroughly distinguishing it, hence it is called the Utterly Showing One, glorious.
