It was spoken to guide sentient beings and to those who are ignorant. Similarly, other places of learning were also established by the Blessed One after observing the faults of those beings. It is not based on the intention of the Dharma nature, which is completely pure from the beginning. Why is it understood that way? Because it becomes the cause of the faults of beings, so it is forbidden. Because it says in the sutra: If you rely on it, you will gain wisdom. It means that if all the fallen sins such as killing are relied upon, one will attain the samadhi of the Bodhisattva of the nature of the Lord of the essence of wisdom of all equality, the glorious nature. Because it enables beings with various faiths to attain irreversible samadhi. Vajra Adornment, that is, the Great Vajradhara, declared it irreversibly. After hearing the brief words earlier, those who slander the Dharma and gain victory, after being awakened by the samadhi of the wisdom vajra that is like the emptiness, when it is said again, there will also be those who are cut off from the lineage and those who are uncertain of the lineage who understand with discrimination, in order to be in accordance with them, so the great bodhisattvas such as the Vow Vajra Auspiciousness, headed by the Blessed One, lead with amazement and so on. Slander has been spoken. Transcendence means completely transcending the three realms. Because it completely transcends the three realms, it transcends all worlds, because the Dharma nature of the space realm is the Dharma nature of all worlds.

From "All the Bhagavat Tathagatas" etc. is easy to understand. Thinking "This is sinful" is an inferior notion. Thinking "Ignorance will blame" is the notion of blame. The word "ma" is a negation, meaning it should not be done. "Why is that?" means why should it not be blamed? Therefore, it is said "Son of good family" etc., which refers to those who have entered the vows of the Shravakas etc., whose practice of holding vows is the most excellent. The completely pure Dharma-nature of all vows is Suchness, and because it is understood, it is called Tathagata, which is the conduct of the Tathagata. What is the completely pure Dharma-nature like? It is said, "Son of good family, for example," which means "for example." Space is the after-seer of all things, because it is all-pervasive. All dharmas belong to the space element, which is to be pervaded. Therefore, this explains that all dharmas are unborn. For that very reason, like the fruits of the khar gzhong and the Indian lilac, because there is no support and supported, they do not abide in the desire realm etc. The elements of earth etc. are manifold, and because there is no diverse conceptualization of them, they do not abide in them either. "Thus" means like that. It is sung: "All these beings are the lords of the five Buddhas, various appearances are seen as beautiful speech, leading to the place of great bliss, the one taste dances in many." Thus it was said. The Dharma of the source of the accumulation of qualities of the Buddhas, also teaches such a meaning. Why? Because it is said, "Knowing the power of meaning like this," "like this" refers to the fruit of the samadhi of the Immovable One etc. "The thoughts of sentient beings" refers to those who are very happy with killing etc. "By definitely proclaiming the words of space" means that like the signs arising from space, the source of the accumulation of qualities of the Buddhas just mentioned is the samaya of all the Tathagatas.

The ground should be leveled, therefore, one should not generate inferior thoughts. Furthermore, from the example of fire arising from rubbing wood and the fire not staying, it shows that phenomena arising in dependence are emptiness. As it is said: That which arises from conditions is not born; it does not have the nature of being born. That which depends on conditions is said to be empty. Whoever knows emptiness is not negligent. The words "going" and so on are to prevent going from here to another place and so on. The words "then" and so on mean that by showing it in such an elaborate way, they will realize Suchness, therefore, showing wonders and so on, and proclaiming the sound of Dharma. The so-called "Great Wonder" means that the nature of the totality is the same as the sky, free from conceptualization, completely pure by nature, and unspeakable things will be spoken of in conventional terms, and the act of speaking will occur, that is its meaning. Because the meaning of "Great Wonder" and so on is purity, it is the meaning of the purity of the ultimate truth itself, that is, the Great Vajradhara. Because it is not to be transgressed, it is a vow, and it is called the collection of words that show that meaning. The explanation of the ninth chapter is completed. Ninth, the explanation of the chapter on the vow of the meaning of the purity of the ultimate truth, which is Suchness.
