With the assembly of eye Bodhisattvas, the empowerment should be performed by pouring the nectar of the vase, the mind of Bodhi, and the essence into it. In this way, the dead will be revived and will also attain the Vajra body. Because it is inconceivable for those who are not omniscient, it is the blessing of accomplished yogis. The Vajra Samaya Encouraging Mother is the song that encourages reality itself, and what is subdued also belongs to the Holy Tara. The "then" after that refers to the time after it has been decided that the beings to be tamed are completely ripened by the mantra of Mamaqi (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). Similarly, after knowing that the beings to be tamed are completely ripened by reciting that and that mantra, the word "then" should be analyzed for everything. The wrathful one of the three bodies' vows is Akshobhya. Things are the nature of what is grasped, etc., and non-things refer to the nature of completely accomplished wisdom that is free from afflictions, habitual tendencies, and their contents, some say. Things are the intention to accomplish all the benefits of sentient beings, the means of great compassion. Non-things are the wisdom that focuses without discrimination. What is a non-thing is wisdom. The means is the nature of things. As stated in the Uttaratantra. The vows of those are that samsara and nirvana are equally of one taste, the nature of non-abiding nirvana is Mamaqi. Vajradhara here refers to Akshobhya. The three bodies are inseparable Vajradhara, which refers to those of the hatred lineage. In the union of Vajra protection, it means that for those who practice the yoga of their own deity, such as corpses, etc., one should contemplate the burning Vajra arising from that mantra, residing on the lunar mandala, on one's own head, and Mamaqi residing in the navel of that. In that way, one will be protected without decay. Always accomplishing all actions, it means that one can also accomplish pacifying and other actions, like the eye. Great Vajra in fearful danger, refers to those who have committed deeds such as the five heinous crimes, whose minds are extremely evil, whose minds are frightened by the lower realms, and whose minds are disturbed. Making strength means that with the yoga of Mamaqi, as it is, having recited one's own mantra beforehand, one understands that all dharmas are emptiness.

By focusing on this and meditating on oneself, one can eliminate the fear of falling into evil realms. Great desire here is immeasurable light, and the one known as the white-clad one, who takes that as her vow, the one who gazes, is said to be the object of concentration in samadhi. The phrase "those who hold the vajra and supreme dharma" refers to those who possess the attribute of desire. The phrase "dharma increases power" refers to the manifestation of unmixed dharma, etc., in the continuum of the yogi, and power is the ability that is not diminished by unfavorable factors, and it is constant because it is continuous. Therefore, the Blessed Mother possesses the great treasure of the qualities of the Buddhas. By merely reciting, the emphasis on "merely" is to exclude actions such as forming mudras, and not to analyze meditation in detail, because this is essential for attaining the fruit. Constant because it is the dharma of not passing into nirvana as long as samsara lasts. As the vajra words say, which are not false, one should practice in this way. Universal benefit refers to benefiting all sentient beings, and therefore it is called meaningful vajra. The vajra that is known as Tara is just like that. Those born from the lord of all Buddhas are the family of vows. The vajra body refers to the meaningful vajra. The phrase "making everything like a servant" means that one manifests the yoga of Tara, adorned with red garments and jewels, and brings the object to be controlled into one's presence. First, one generates (the deity) on the petals of a red lotus in the heart, and similarly generates a female (deity) on the lotus heart of a red lotus, urges them with red arrows blessed by one's own mantra, recites the mantra, and strikes them repeatedly, making them into servants. The cloud of immaculate light is Yamantaka, and his vajra is just like that. The phrase "fear and terror" refers to causing fear in childish ordinary people, and this refers to oneself.
