Whoever cultivates in this way, the fruit of their mind is clear wisdom. The complete culmination of cultivation, as has been said in the past. Its meaning is this: Regarding things that harm the Three Jewels, also the four things that gather, they cannot be turned back from that action, so one must look without other means. Generate great compassion, pray to the Sugatas, and having received commands and individual commands from them, show the artificial wrath of great compassion to those afflictions. With Akshobhya or any other deity, in four sessions, endowed with three samadhis, in between sessions, from the guru's instructions, truly separate and divide the union of inner and outer self-nature. All deities and protectors are gone, dwelling in the center of wind and fire, a naked body smeared with black oil, hair disheveled, without refuge or protection, on the right is the blazing vajra, eliminating all faults such as desire, the taste of the non-dual suchness. Meditate on what is to be accomplished as the basis of everything, not the nature of what is imputed, but the nature of what is to be accomplished. Bless the eyes and body, etc., of the form of Akshobhya, etc., which are made of the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). Take out with so-called (Tibetan: བཛྲཱྀ་ཀ་, Devanagari: वज्राईक, Romanized Sanskrit: vajrāīka, literal meaning: Vajra) etc. In the realm of Abhirati, etc., establish on the throne of the King of Dharma of the three realms. The Tathagatas, etc., empower and bless with the empowerment of the King of Dharma of the three realms, one should meditate. Thus, by practicing this correctly, in the field of those embodied ones such as Akshobhya, etc., one will become a son of the Victorious One. At all times, all fierce actions should be regarded in this way, as some say. This also, with the great skillful means just mentioned, with the distinction of being skilled, causes all sentient beings to attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, therefore it is an inviolable vow. Because it is the main one, it is the family in which hatred is the main thing. That also, all families themselves, are the basis of all qualities, jewels, etc., and are in accordance with the Dharma, so it is an ocean, one should also look at that. All actions are accomplished in all families.

This is merely an explanation of the meaning of the sutra "killing sentient beings," and again in the Later Tantra it says, "One should generate the wheel of hatred." Etc., one should refer to these for explanation. There are sentient beings who possess countless riches but are tormented by miserliness. Their wealth is seized by wisdom, and the sons of the Buddhas, like wish-fulfilling jewels, strive diligently for liberation, therefore they are diligent practitioners of wisdom liberation. In order to be free from the adventitious defilements of distinguishing between one's own and others' objects, its nature is pure. Therefore, it is unsoiled like the sky. Because it has mounted the thusness of what is to be realized and what realizes, therefore it is thusness. The Vajra Mandala is the Mandala of the Body Vajra. All Buddhas means the Lord of the Mandala. With the samadhi of wisdom and means, it becomes the most excellent method of seizing all jewels such as emeralds. One should contemplate the Vajra Tathagatas as forms. Emanating the Tathagatas from each of one's own pores, placing them in the piles of others' treasures, and contemplating them as completely transformed into emeralds, etc. Each atom of all the treasures just indicated is the nature of the eternal mandala. With the Three Vajras, in order to liberate all sentient beings, especially all misers, from the realm of the pretas, manifesting great compassion, contemplating that all dharmas are not born from the face, purifying the three circles, invoking with the rays of light emanating from the body, reciting the words: Om Ah Dzina Dzika Chegi Moe Norbu Jik Dza Hum, thinking in the mind that it is necessary for the Three Jewels, etc., seizing and invoking. Invoking with the rain of generosity, all beings of the wheel of delusion, etc., one should also practice what is said in the Later Tantra. This master of wealth, skilled in means, will become like a wish-fulfilling jewel, because he fulfills all the thoughts of all sentient beings, and all...
