Gestures and formlessness. All limbs are the masters of the three minds. Actions and seizing, one should recite and rejoice oneself. Thus, anger and delusion are purified. They should be generated in the three realms, and expanded with secret purity. The Vajra-holder accomplishes the meaning. Such benefits and so on are extensively explained in the eighteenth chapter. Now, for the sake of future beings to understand the Vajra words, it is also said to dispel disputes such as great wonders in the manner of dance. From "Then" and so on. Among them, the Samaya Vajra is the accomplishment of meaning. Its glory is the removal of all obscurations. Such as Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas and so on. What has become wonderful is the four Samayas. Having attained the state of Vajradhara through this, it is extremely rare. The words spoken by the Vajra are the Vajra words, that is, it is said. And what is it? It is the words such as "Bhagavan". The so-called Lord of all Tathagatas does not speak wonderful words. Why? Because it has transcended the three realms, that is, it has abandoned the afflictions of the three realms such as desire. In order to show that it is not the view of those like the red-robed ones. The so-called transcendence of all worlds means that it has abandoned the afflictions of the three realms of all realms of the world, and this word can also be reversed. To whom? That is, in the retinue of all Tathagatas and all Bodhisattvas, it is shown that it is not the place to speak words contrary to them. Such a wonderful path of words means that with the seven such as killing, one can purify the continuum of oneself and others. Because it is indivisible, it is the Vajra word. Why is it said? It is a challenge to the Bhagavan. Seeing that those who violate Samaya will go to hell, having seen this, the Tathagatas and others spoke the answers to the challenges. The words "Then" and so on. "Son of the lineage" is a calling. The so-called bad notion is the bad notion of arising hesitation from Samaya. Knowing that it is not Dharma is an inferior notion, do not generate that notion.

Oh! Again refuting, why is that? The answer is, it is the conduct of mantra and so on. Among them, the conduct that possesses wisdom and protection is the conduct of mantra. What is that like? It is said to be the supreme conduct, in comparison to the conduct of the Shravakas and others. The conduct of the Bodhisattva is supreme, for that, for whose benefit, even if there is contradiction, it is acceptable to practice. Even more supreme than that is the conduct of mantra, because it does not see contradiction. Then, whose conduct is that? It is said to be the conduct of the Tathagatas. The reason for not seeing contradiction is explained as "son of the lineage" and so on. For example, this is using the meaning itself as a metaphor. Space is all-encompassing, which means that suchness pervades all dharmas. Belonging to the realm of space means that the skandhas and so on are not different from the nature of dharma. In the Prajnaparamita, it is also said that form is emptiness, and emptiness is form. Form is not different from emptiness, and emptiness is not different from form, and so on, it is extensively explained. Because the dharma that is pure by its very nature does not abide anywhere, it is said to be equality, as in "those dharmas also" and so on. Because the three realms do not abide completely, it is shown that they do not abide in essence. Not abiding in the four great elements means that by the power of interdependence, wind arises and so on, and the vessel world is established, and it does not abide in that either. Why? Because suchness is not temporary. All dharmas should also be understood in that way, which means to understand them as being without inherent existence. Knowing such a meaning of freedom, it means that equality pervades everything, and for that, it is unreasonable to see the appearance of contradiction and non-contradiction, because it would be a fault of not having equality. After considering such a situation and also knowing the thoughts of sentient beings who rejoice in those things, then one begins to teach the Dharma. Because purity is spoken of in terms of suchness, it is necessary to speak of the words of space. Therefore, those vows should also be understood in accordance with space, which means to have faith in purity like space. In this way, it is purified by suchness.
