This is to explain the perfection of the basis of the merits of this tantra. From "beginning with the aspect of great desire, up to remaining without speaking," it is to show the distinction of the cause of the method of the ritual, that is, the perfection of the tantra. Among them, in order to convince the beings to be subdued, the collection of tantras spoken by the holder of speech, the Lord of Speech, is spoken of as entering the tantra with "Thus I have heard at one time." Among them, "Thus" refers to the way of collecting all the meanings of the tantra spoken below, so that it remains clearly in the mind. "I" refers to the holder of the Vajra Dharma, indicating that it was heard by oneself, not transmitted through others. Recognizing the nature of the Buddha's own speech faculty, which is the accumulation of aggregates, manifesting the explanation of one's own nature, therefore this teaching is collected with the Vajra of Speech as the main thing, and others are also like this, so it is not just clinging to this alone. "Hearing" means realization, that is, at the time when the Bhagavan realized. "One time" means one moment separated from thought, knowing through the power of the gate of infinite liberation, thus showing the excellence of wisdom. "Hearing in sequence" means hearing from different times, not the correct words. The great Vajradhara appearing everywhere is the end point of accomplishment. The Bhagavan is inconceivable, but since it is related to sentient beings and their compassion, it appears in various forms, which is not contradictory. It is said: Due to different intentions, the power of thought, many differences arise. Although it is unique, it is many, appearing like the moon in a water vessel. Therefore, where, with whom, and with what did you hear? That is, starting from "Bhagavan" etc. "Bhagavan" means the great Vajradhara. Because of abandoning the obscurations of afflictions etc., obtaining perfect fortune, and dwelling in a place of joy, therefore it is the Bhagavan, which is in a definitive way. Speaking of the place that is in accordance with the Dharma of Anuttara Yoga, that is, starting from "Tathagata" etc. "All Tathagatas" refers to

Acala and so on. In terms of definitive words, it is Thus Gone because it is born as it is born, walks as it comes, and teaches as it realizes. Their body, speech, and mind are the three vajras. Its vajra essence is the Great Vajradhara, because it does not act and does not move. Its consort is the Dharma-nature mudra, the wisdom of self-nature. That which arises from being together with it is bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体:भग,梵文罗马拟音:bhaga,汉语字面意思:Bhaga), because the realm is the main thing. That also abides in a triangle because of the nature of the body and so on, and is separated from all temporary stains from the beginning, pure and white like the moon. In order to obtain the distinction of the state from the higher to the higher levels of the earth, the great opening surpasses the sky, like a small corner being seen. The so-called "la" is regarded as the seventh meaning, because there are many dwellings, so there are many words. "Bzhugs so" means to abide, and immediately after the first action, the moon in the place of blessing, the vajra, the frolicking, and the order of the body appear. The Blessed One is like a palace in a city. In the center of the mandala as described, in order to manifest enlightenment for sentient beings such as desire, he dwells there in nine forms as a means for them. That is his deed, not the initial union, because it is the fruit of the perfect enlightenment manifested by the special activity. The complete entourage is spoken of with "inexhaustible to say" and so on. "Inexhaustible to say" refers to form. Again, "inexhaustible to say" means that each quality cannot be fully expressed. An example of its near characteristic is the Buddha's field, which is tamed by the Buddha, because it is like a field. Therefore, as many as the fine dust of Mount Meru, it is mainly because the form is completely pure. What is that? Bodhisattva means that the manifestation of enlightenment that knows all aspects is the wheel of the mandala, therefore it is Sattva. Mahasattva means a large group of sentient beings.
