Water, a vessel of taste, and various cloths, holding the Dharma source's emblems. Thus it is said. Therefore, since the mandala to be drawn is determined to have nineteen deities, it should be understood that the mandala to be written is the same. The body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas pervade all moving and non-moving things, and what is taught by the Sugatas who possess compassion is a great secret because it has not become the object of others' actions. As it is said: Its suchness is secret, in this tantra it is shown as three: Vajra body, speech, and mind, pervading moving and non-moving things, although all the Able Ones universally show it with compassion, because children do not understand, it is called naturally secret. Thus it is said. Its secret, that gathering is also suchness, so it is a gathering, that is, as before, the Great Vajradhara. The samadhi of all Tathagatas is the samadhi of the Vajra Holder. Its mandala is the mandala of mind and generation. That which shows by whom it is blessed is the text, which is the first chapter. Commentary on the first chapter.
