将（智慧）女神安放在心间，念诵自己的念珠咒语，像以前一样欢喜，降下光束，观想灌顶等。然后，所要做的事情就会增多。所谓“仅仅念诵”，就是指如所说的那样，以观想为先导来念诵咒语，不依赖于外境。所说的度母咒语，就是从“此后”等开始，是为了掌控佛金刚和大部众等。对此，仪轨是这样的：度母的结合，身色和装饰等都具有红色。如仪轨一样做好后，在智慧女神心间的月亮上，安放咒语念珠，颜色是红色，头部朝上，然后是那些光芒，以及智慧女神心间莲花上所住的种子字ཏཱཾ་的光芒，还有自己红色标志等的光芒，也照射到所要控制的那个人的名字的第一个字母所产生的心的位置。对于女性，则要完全激发莲花。从自己的心间咒语念珠的生殖之处取出，放入所要控制的人的口中，然后取出那个人的心，像红色的月亮一样，返回，观想从智慧女神的莲花之路进入，然后念诵。所要控制的人也会因为被夺取心脏而昏厥，观想他倒在自己的脚下。这样，这个人就会变得像奴隶一样。在这里，在 स्वाहा (svāhā，斯哇哈，成就) 的位置，在控制的场合，要加上字母 ཧོཿ (hoḥ，吼)。如果具有箭的标志的女神做这个事业，那么那时，用箭刺穿所生之人的心脏和喉咙，以及刺穿女性的莲花，剩下的都像以前一样做，要衡量这些差别。如果还要控制其他人，那么那时，将想要控制的那个人安放在智慧菩萨心间的莲花上的月亮上，做第十三章所说的降伏力量等的仪轨，然后用所有这些事业来补充。所说的阎魔敌咒语，就是从“此后”开始。

The so-called "merely reciting" refers to reciting the mantra with visualization as the preliminary, as stated, without relying on external objects. The Tara mantra that is spoken, starting from "thereafter," etc., is for controlling the Buddha Vajra and the great assembly, etc. For this, the ritual is as follows: The union of Tara, with body color and ornaments, etc., all possessing red color. After performing the ritual as it is, on the moon in the heart of the wisdom goddess, place the mantra rosary, the color is red, with the head facing upwards, and then those rays, and the rays of the seed syllable ཏཱཾ་ residing on the lotus in the heart of the wisdom goddess, and also the rays of your own red symbols, etc., also shine on the heart of the person to be controlled, which is produced from the first letter of that person's name. For a woman, the lotus must be fully stimulated. Take out the rosary mantra from the reproductive place of your own heart, put it into the mouth of the person to be controlled, and then take out that person's heart, like a red moon, return, and visualize entering from the lotus path of the wisdom goddess, and then recite. The person to be controlled will also faint from having their heart taken away, visualize them falling at your feet. In this way, that person will become like a slave. Here, in the place of स्वाहा (svāhā, svaha, accomplishment), in the case of control, the letter ཧོཿ (hoḥ, hoh, hum) should be added. If the goddess with the sign of the arrow performs this action, then at that time, pierce the heart and throat of the person born with the arrow, and pierce the lotus of the woman, and the rest should be done as before, and these differences should be measured. If you want to control others as well, then at that time, place the person you want to control on the moon on the lotus in the heart of the wisdom bodhisattva, perform the ritual of subduing power, etc., as described in chapter thirteen, and then supplement with all these actions. The Yamari mantra that is spoken starts from "thereafter."
