Chapter Fourteen: Commentary on the King of Manifestations, which evokes the wondrous body, speech, and mind through mantras. Chapter Fourteen: Commentary on the King of Manifestations, which evokes the wondrous body, speech, and mind through mantras. In Chapter Fourteen, in order to explain the activities of pacification and so on, it is taught, beginning with "Then." The so-called "supreme vow of pacification" refers to the eye, which is the cause of pacification, and its supreme aspect is Vairochana, hence the name. It means that it is not merely like the eye itself. Similarly, for the subsequent sections, one should grasp the samadhi of the lord of the family and understand how to recite the mantras that arise from that family as appropriate. The so-called "consort of all Tathagatas" refers to the Buddha-eye of the perfectly enlightened Buddha Vairochana, who possesses all qualities. These indicate that the mantra, which is the nature of sound, and the eye are taught as being inseparable. Similarly, this should be applied to the subsequent sections as well. "Of the Buddhas" means that for those who are arranging to accomplish fierce activities, pacification should be generated through the rituals as previously described. The activity of pacification is said to be the main activity here, but it also applies to other activities. Furthermore, in this section, one should contemplate the body color as yellow and accomplish the activities of increasing and so on, according to one's preference, through distinctions such as seats and palaces, because all deities perform all activities. Which rituals should be used for these activities? This is explained in Chapter Thirteen, and one should follow that and understand the other rituals as well. The so-called "Vajra Vow Inspiring Mother" refers to inspiring the Vajra-holder from a state of slowness through verses of entreaty. The so-called "reviving the dead" refers to performing the practice of the Buddha-eye according to the ritual, combining one's own mantra with the name of the one to be accomplished, and reciting it while including it within three syllables. Then, as before, placing the dead person in one's heart, extracting the vajra hook accomplished in one's heart, and using it to hook the consciousness of the dead person.

For those in the intermediate state or already conceived, invite them like an unmoving, immaculate lamp and place them in the center of the heart. After writing the mantra called "Moha Rati," make the body invisible with the sounds of the mantra, and contemplate that what arises from the first letter of the name of the practice to be accomplished is completely transformed into an eye. Fill it with the aggregates, etc. Meditate that this rosary mantra pervades his body inside and out without interruption. Then, as before, from the mantra, rays of light emanate, forming balls of light, etc., by which the dead are brought back to life. In order to explain the mantra of Mamaki, it is said, "Then," etc. The actions spoken of are Vajra protection, etc., which should also be practiced like the eye. The practice of placing it in the heart should also be combined as before. If practicing zombies, etc., then in accordance with one's own deity practice, visualize the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) residing on the moon mandala on one's head, and visualize the vajra arising from it standing upright on the head. In its navel, contemplate the form of Mamaki. The wisdom goddess resides on the moon in the heart, write the rosary mantra, and from it arise and emit countless tiny vajras, and contemplate oneself as having put on the armor of vajra, then one will obtain indestructible protection. "All actions are always perfectly accomplished" means to vigorously accomplish the actions of the eye, etc. The Great Vajra is Vajrasattva. This also gives strength to those threatened by fear. Therefore, for those who are afraid of all demons, in all activities, one should protect the assembly just mentioned. In order to explain the mantra of the white-clad one, it is said, "Then," etc. Dharma is strength and fearlessness, etc. Vastness is vastness itself. Strength is the strength exerted on weak beings, and the one who possesses great treasures, that is, the actions of pacification, etc. Likewise, one should practice the practice of the white-clad one with a yellow seat, etc., and the desired strength and fearlessness, etc., are as before for wisdom.
