It is because of its nature. The term "precious" means that the wind becomes stable, so it is like a wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills desires, and it is also the nature of the five Tathagatas. The term "from the essence" means from the complete emptiness of the body. The nature of the five wisdoms is that if the wind becomes stable, and one becomes accustomed to the later and later stages, it is appropriate to generate wisdom like a mirror. If it arises, it becomes its nature. The term "self" is the nature of the wind. In the center, with it and self being one, the deity is the three wisdoms, because one believes that mantra and deity are not different. Unclear is that there is no self-nature in the ultimate truth. Clear is in the conventional truth. What nourishes is breath, which is the wind located above. It is melted by the fire of great desire through the yoga of the union of two staffs, emerges from the vajra path, and the bodhicitta falls in the form of a bindu at the tip of the lotus of the wisdom mother, and the practitioner visualizes the arising stages as Vajrasattva. That wind itself, arising from the order of the four chakras located in the nostrils above, is called life-exertion, because it nourishes, it is also life, the joy arising from the difference of any of the three appearances, collecting from all hearts is diligence, so life-exertion is wind. It is said: Wherever the wind dwells, it becomes that nature. It is said. Life is life, diligence is who releases it today, that is the wind of life-exertion, as said in the Lamp Illuminator. Therefore, life, mind, and sustenance are synonyms, because the sutra says that life is considered mind. In order to stabilize the breath, visualize your own mantra, meditative hero, in the heart, and above its bindu, visualize the mind of the nature of Nada as the nature of mind. This has already explained the limb of life-exertion. The six limbs will also be explained. Definite arising is life-exertion. Going in and out in the secret place, navel, and secret lotus, mostly with the difference of fire, water, wind, and earth mandalas, sequentially representing the approaching places.

The wind is also like that. It is the wind of the nature of the light of light. The wind flowing on the right side of the nostril is the nature of the fire wheel. The one that flows directly on the left side is the wheel of wind. The one that flows from both straight ones is the wheel of earth. The one that flows downward is the nature of the water wheel, the wind that pervades the whole body, which is suitable for generating happiness, in the manner of happiness, is the nature of space. At that time, the nature of each white ray of light, starting from birth from the womb, runs together with any of the four wheels arising from the nostril. The concise practice is said to be like this, the rays of light of the colors of the five Tathagatas arise, pervading the realm of space, and the four realms such as earth. The ten winds are arising and dissipating, which are the nature of the four wheels, and are called the nature of the five elements. In the dead body, all pervasive things must come out, and the wheel of space, like the wheel of earth and so on, does not arise separately by itself. In other scriptures, the wheel of space is shown separately, which is a means to subdue heretics, and is not definitive, just like showing the measure of the vessel world. This has also been definitely analyzed in the ear of the widely transmitted. Those who speculate are those who are tied to the heart wind. The yoga child is only those who meditate on the deity of the generation stage. The nature is the great Vajradhara, his body is the syllable Om, his speech is the syllable Ah, and his mind is the syllable Hum. The path of words is the mouth, and what must be spoken is speech. Mantras are male and female, or mani, which are the syllables of nature, and the places where they are gathered are the gathering of mantras. That is the body of syllables such as Om, which is Vajra and so on, and its realization is one with praise, so the Tathagatas who abide in the three times at the time of constant joy, observing is realizing no self-nature, which is Vajra recitation, because of this only diligent in the practice of no self-nature. The meaning of this word
