出現是Ka-li(藏文:ཀཱ་ལི།,梵文天城體:काली,梵文羅馬擬音:kālī,字面意思:黑色的)的串珠,進入是A-li(藏文:ཨཱ་ལི།,梵文天城體:आली,梵文羅馬擬音:ālī,字面意思: வரிசை)的串珠。

Having gathered all the winds from the locations of the body and holding them at the tip of the nose, this is the stopping of breath. So, how should one visualize the breath? Visualize various forms such as white, or visualize the breath itself with letters, or simply visualize the breath as an illusion. Among these, from the heart and other places, five-colored rays, three-colored rays, and one-colored and inconceivable lights emanate. First, one visualizes the light with a string of letters, then one visualizes the light without a string of letters, and finally, one visualizes the light as an illusion. As for what is called having a string of letters, how does one recite it? Appearing is the garland of Ka-li (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: काली, Sanskrit Romanization: kālī, literal meaning: black), entering is the garland of A-li (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आली, Sanskrit Romanization: ālī, literal meaning: வரிசை). Whichever is appearing and entering, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) blaze at the top. That is, when the wind appears, one visualizes the wind with five colors flowing through the garland of Ka-li, and at its top, one visualizes Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum), or when tired, one visualizes Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: Om). When the wind enters, one visualizes the five-colored rays as the garland of A-li, and the visualization of the top is as before. How many are there in this? Through body, speech, mind, etc., recitation has many natures. That is, recitation is diverse and immeasurable according to the type and visualization, and it should be understood that way. So, what does the so-called Vajra recitation rely on here? It relies on the union of the nose, and the wise ones accomplish it. That is, this recitation that stops the flow of breath is accomplished by yogis relying on their own nostrils, and not otherwise. Why is that? Because it is the path itself, the object of reliance itself, and the object that can be stopped itself, that is why it is said so. So, what is the so-called lower recitation? It is said: With the tip of the Vajra, one speaks of visualizing the power of the lower part. That is, having blessed the Vajra of means, one learns to appear, enter, and stay by relying on it. And why is that? This union is taught in order to subdue those with desire. That is, for some sentient beings who are strongly attached to desire, attached to seeds, and have the power of union, this union should be taught. And

The term "desire-possessor" refers to someone who is particularly attached to and infatuated with the five qualities of sensory pleasure. The antidote to this is preventing the flow of the senses, but if that's the case, does it become meaningless? It is not so. Those who delight in relying on women are rightly called "desire-possessors." If that's the case, then the path of relying on women cannot be accomplished, which is true. If someone relies on a woman with characteristics and engages in recitation, then by relying on the vajra (རྡོ་རྗེ།,वज्र,vajra, diamond scepter) and the letters of the secret channels, one learns the arising, entering, and abiding, as mentioned before. What is meant by recitation that relies on the central channel? "From the essence of the center of the heart, whatever arises and enters, without scattering elsewhere, manifesting there, is the internal recitation." This refers to contemplating the seed syllable in the center of the heart and relying on and learning the arising, entering, and abiding of the winds from there. Likewise, know that the order of the beginning, middle, and end is as previously stated. Regarding these, why is there the idea of "vajra recitation"? "Reciting with the vajra, reciting as the vajra, contemplating the vajra, reciting by the vajra, for the sake of the vajra, the vajra arises, the vajra abandons, the vajra destroys, the vajra separates." Vajra recitation is through the union of the five lights. What is meant by "as the vajra"? "All things are transformed into the essence of the vajra, therefore reciting." This refers to transforming all appearances of the apprehended and the apprehender into the essence of vajra recitation. What is meant by "contemplating the vajra"? "When contemplating the body, speech, and mind, that is what it is called." This refers to contemplating the body, speech, and mind as being similar to the vajra, and other aspects are the same as below. Explaining "by the vajra": "With the blazing light of the vajra, wherever the fruit is obtained, therefore it is called that." This refers to the light, cords, and rosaries being similar to the vajra, and through them, the fruit is obtained, therefore it is called that. Explaining "for the sake of the vajra": "Whatever recitation is done for the sake of attaining the supreme goal, that is it." The vajra is the dharmadhatu, and for the sake of attaining it, therefore it is called that. What arises from the vajra is: the heart and the channels.
