Even if washed repeatedly, it will not become pure. Similarly, this vulva, filled with impurity, will not become clean. Even if dogs swim and float in the Ganges River, it will not become pure. Therefore, those who desire Dharma, bathing in riverbanks is fruitless. If bathing could purify, then fishermen would also accomplish their purpose. What need is there to mention fish and the like, who dwell in the water day and night? It is also not certain that bathing can exhaust sins. As it is seen that attachment and the like increase when relying on bathing places. Attachment, hatred, delusion, pride, views, and doubt are all known as the root of sin. These are to be purified, not by bathing. I and The clinging to 'mine' arises from living beings. That too has ignorance as its root, and ignorance is considered delusion. Therefore, one thinks of silver in a cowrie shell. When one sees the cowrie shell, that thought is reversed. When one sees selflessness, that too is destroyed from the root. For example, the thought of a snake on a rope is reversed when one knows it is a rope. The arising of the thought of a snake from that will not occur again. Likewise, the thought of truth in this is reversed by the vajra of wisdom. That will not occur again, like a sprout from a burnt seed. It is wonderful to rejoice in the nature of the impure aggregates. Children love to observe the changing of those aggregates. Looking at the waxing and waning of the moon, they observe the date. The increase and decrease of the sun also constantly observe day and night. The terms east and so on are also made in reliance on signs. Planets, stars, constellations, and so on are all observed by the world. Numbers, heat, and rainfall are similarly used to measure the times. Experiencing the results of one's own actions shows the river of good and evil. The wish-fulfilling jewel of the mind is covered by the mud of ignorance. Having washed that mind, how can ignorance arise again? Planets, stars, dates, without regard to place or time, without interruption, doubt, or fear, should be practiced without thought. Whatever of the nine sense doors, that is its nature. By the yoga of non-abiding, all become the nature of the Buddha. The eye is able to

Lord of Light! The ears are Vajra Sun, the nose is the supreme horse itself. The mouth is the lotus of dance and power, the glorious body of Heruka. The mind is Vajrasattva, thus with true union, practice with the nature of compassion. When the wise one's mind becomes stable, it is accomplished through non-discrimination. With whatever actions desired, like Samantabhadra, the All-Doer. If doing all actions and deeds, with whatever actions desired, rising and sitting, and however one walks, it is the same. Laughing and scolding, however it is, it is just like that. One who has not entered the mandala, even if possessing all obscurations, through the self-nature of one's own deity yoga, even with little merit, it will be accomplished. Through this, one can obtain all Buddhas, all heroes. In this very life, one can also obtain this, there is no doubt about it. Like ordinary worldly people, the samadhi of a yogi is superior. With the difference of wisdom higher and higher, the yogi also becomes superior. Great wisdom and great skillful means, loving-kindness, life, and devotion, are truly taught in the Great Vehicle, it is the realm of practice for great beings. That which in countless eons, many think is unobtainable, Buddhahood in this very life, there is no doubt about obtaining it. The Great Vehicle is great in itself, with the accumulation of merit and wisdom, the joyous state of omniscience, one will obtain it in this very life. Whatever is spoken equally in the scriptures, one should not despise the Great Vehicle, with the difference of superior intention, the difference of vehicles is extremely well taught. Having faith in others, the practice of Bodhi is also different, with the difference of the purity of mind, here no other fruit is seen. Like a spotless mirror, the form is seen by a spotless eye, in the clear nature of stainlessness, it appears extremely clear. Likewise, yogic wisdom too, in the mirror of stainless wisdom, having purified the defilements of conceptual thought, the mind is clear in virtuous Dharma. Like a jewel fire-mirror, touching the mandala of the sun, immediately ignites a flame, able to accomplish one's own benefit. Having abandoned the net of conceptual thought, the mind like a jewel fire-mirror, is illuminated by the light of the sun of wisdom.
