་བྱ་བ་གསུངས་ཏེ། །རྡུལ་དང་ཁུ་བ་ནི་ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་དག་གོ །སྐྱེ་གནས་འཁོར་ལོའི་དབུས་སུ་ཡང༌། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་ སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་གཉིས་ཕྲད་བའི་དུས་སུའོ། །སྐྱེ་གནས་འཁོར་ལོ་ནི་པདྨའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་དང་འབྲེལ་པའི་རྩ་གཉིས་སྲང་བུའི་རྣམ་པར་གནས་པའོ། །གཉིས་ཀ་འདུས་པས་ཟ་མ་ཏོག་གི་ཚུལ་དུ་གནས་པའོ། །གལ་ཏེ་དེ་ལྟར་ཡིན་ན་ཐབས་ཤེས་རབ་དང་འབྲེལ་པའི་རྩ་གསུམ་པོ་གང་ལས་འབྱུང་ཞེ་ན། དེའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱུ་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གསུངས་ཏེ། རྩ་དབུས་མ་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་འདས་པའི་ཕྱིར། དེ་ལས་གཞན་པའི་རྩ་གཉིས་ལ་གཙོ་ཆེར་ཏེ། གཞན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཤེས་ནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཙོ་བོར་གྱུར་པའི་དབུས་མའོ། །འབྲས་བུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁྲག་དང་ཁུ་བ་འབབ་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་འབྲས་བུ་ལས་སོ། །རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལ་ལ་ནཱ་དང་ར་ས་ནའི་དབྱེ་བས་སོ། །གཡོན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཡོན་པའི་རྩ་ལས་སོ། །ཟླ་བ་རྣམ་པར་འབྱུང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཁམས་བསྐྱེད་པའོ། །གཡས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཡས་པའི་རྩའོ། །ཉི་མའི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁྲག་གི་ཁམས་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཁམས་གཉིས་པོ་འདི་ཉིད་ནི་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རྗོད་པར་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། དོན་དམ་པར་བདེ་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་འགྱུར་ཞེས་བྱ་བའོ། །གཡས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཡས་པའི་རྒྱུ་བས་སོ། །གང་ཚེ་ཉི་མ་ནི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དུས་གང་ལ་ཉི་མའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཚེ་ཁྲག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཐབས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པའོ། །འགྱུར་བདེ་བའོ། ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོར་འགྱུར་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་རྒྱུ་མཐུན་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །གང་ཚེ་གཡོན་པའི་ཟླ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཡོན་པའི་རྩ་ནི་ཟླ་བའི་རྣམ་པའོ། །གང་ཚེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དུས་གང་གི་ཚེ་ནའོ། །གསལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དུས་དེ་ལའོ། །ཀུནད་ལྟ་བུ་ཡི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཀུནདའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལྟར་དཀར་བའོ། །བདེ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཉིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་གཉིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཡོན་པ་དང་གཡས་པའི་རྩ་དག་གོ །ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་པའི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་གནས་པའོ། །མེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དུས་ཀྱི་མེའི་རང་བཞིན་ནོ། །ཡན་ལག་ཀུན་ལ་ཡང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡན་ལག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཐུན་མོང་དུ་སྤྱིའི་ཚུལ་དུ་གནས་པ་སྟེ། ཁྱབ་ བྱེད་

说行持之事，尘和精液就是太阳和月亮。又“在生处轮的中央”，是指所修之事和能修之事二者相遇之时。生处轮是指莲花坛城中央与瑜伽母相连的两条脉，如秤杆般存在。二者相合则如聚宝盆般存在。如果那样的话，那么与方便智慧相关的三条脉从何而来呢？因此说了“因唯一”，因为中脉超越了一切分别念。对于另外两条脉来说，它是主要的，也是其他脉的因。说了“知晓”，是指应知晓的。说了“彼”，是指成为主要的中脉。说了“果”，是指血和精液流淌本身就是果。说了“二种”，是指拉拉那和拉萨那的区别。说了“左”，是指从左脉而来。说了“月亮显现”，是指生起菩提心之界。说了“右”，是指右脉。说了“太阳的”，是指从血之界产生的意思。这两个界本身就是陈述大乐，究竟而言会变成大乐的自性。说了“右”，是指右边的缘故。说了“何时太阳”，是指何时变成太阳的自性。那时血，是指方便的形态。变成乐，是指变成大乐的意思。那是变成同因的缘故。何时左边的月亮，是指左脉是月亮的形态。何时，是指任何时候。明亮，是指没有垢染。那时，是指那个时候。如贡嘎花，是指像贡嘎花一样洁白。乐，是指大乐本身的意思。那二者，是指左脉和右脉。包含，是指住在阿瓦杜帝中。火，是指时节之火的自性。对于一切支分也，是指对于一切支分共同以总的形态存在，即遍布。

It is said that the activities are performed, and dust and semen are the sun and the moon. Also, "in the center of the birthplace wheel," refers to the time when the object to be cultivated and the subject to be cultivated meet. The birthplace wheel refers to the two veins connected to the yogini in the center of the lotus mandala, which exist like a balance bar. When the two are combined, they exist like a treasure vase. If that is the case, then from where do the three veins related to skillful means and wisdom come from? Therefore, it is said, "one cause," because the central channel transcends all conceptualizations. For the other two veins, it is the main one and also the cause of the others. It is said, "knowing," which means to be known. It is said, "that itself," which refers to the central channel that has become the main one. It is said, "fruit," which means that the flow of blood and semen itself is the fruit. It is said, "two kinds," which refers to the distinction between Lalana and Rasana. It is said, "left," which means coming from the left vein. It is said, "the moon appears," which means generating the realm of bodhicitta. It is said, "right," which refers to the right vein. It is said, "of the sun," which means arising from the realm of blood. These two realms themselves express great bliss, and ultimately they will become the nature of great bliss. It is said, "right," which means because of the right side. It is said, "when the sun," which means when it becomes the nature of the sun. At that time, blood, which refers to the form of skillful means. Becoming bliss, which means becoming great bliss. That is because it becomes the same cause. When the left moon, which means the left vein is the form of the moon. When, which means at any time. Clear, which means without impurity. At that time, which refers to that time. Like a kunda flower, which means as white as a kunda flower. Bliss, which means great bliss itself. Those two, which refer to the left and right veins. Containing, which means dwelling in Avadhuti. Fire, which refers to the nature of the fire of time. For all limbs also, which means existing in a common and general way for all limbs, that is, pervasive.
