That is, the yogi, and "I possess power," etc., are for the purpose of arousing the interest of others. "Entering in connection with dryness," etc., refers to vows, etc., not to faith. "Together" refers to those who are together. "One should not enter into vows," etc., means that ganachakra, etc., should not be practiced together. Thus, after showing the nature of prohibition in four ways, in order to show the nature of entering, it is said, "For the sake of entering, the vessel," etc. The vessel refers to the skull cup. "Damaru" refers to that which is related to the Bhagavan. "Hooked knife" refers to the hand symbol of the Bhagavan Mother. "Mantra scroll" refers to the scroll of mantras. "Rosary" refers to the rosary. "Those without vows" refers to the abandonment of people who do not have vows. "To others" refers to those who do not have vows and have not been empowered. "One should not show it anywhere" means that it should not be shown, because violating vows brings fear. Thus, after showing the nature of entering, in order to express the limb of the vow of the nature of both, that is, the oral instruction that abides in the vow, it is said, "The bhikshu abides in the discipline." "Bhikshu" refers to a bhikshu who only holds the appearance. "Yogic practice, etc., is not done" refers to the rest. Therefore, it is said, "Abiding in discipline," which refers to abiding in the pratimoksha discipline that is in accordance with oneself. Yoga refers to the practice of those who meditate on the two stages, including the three with elaboration, etc. Those who initially exist on whom are called yogis. "Action" refers to those who are worthy of obtaining the great seal. "Oral instruction" refers to that which should not be shown, that is, the oral instruction spoken in the order of transmission, which should not be done as before. "Thangkas, etc., are not done" means that the image of the Bhagavan Great Seal should not be shown, because there is no need. Thus, after showing that one should not speak oral instructions to those who do not abide in vows, in order not to speak of conduct, the second limb is shown, that is, "When and with whom to act," etc.

It was said that at the time of performing Tsogkhorlo (assembly wheel) etc., together with the characteristics of the heroes and heroines who abide in the Tsogkhorlo together with whom. How is it called by what kind of language. Conduct is called the characteristic of eating Tsaru etc. Right conduct is called doing it yourself. To the Lama, it is also called empowerment and explaining the tantra. That is called conduct etc. What need is there to say to others? It is said that speaking to those who do not have vows should not even be treated as idle talk. Thus, having spoken of the very act of not speaking, in order to show that the movement of the senses is prevented by the power of acting on objects, the objects of the senses etc. are spoken of, which are form etc. The activity of the senses is called the six entrances of the eye etc. From where is it called from the very nature of the power of the habitual tendencies of ignorance from beginningless time. From then on, having done restraint is called certainty. So how can the senses, by their very nature, be manifestly directed towards objects, how can they be restrained? Therefore, contemplate with emptiness, non-duality, and illusion. It is said that emptiness should be examined by the reasons of dependent origination, because examining external objects with coarse and fine etc. will cause harm, and because there is no valid cognition that proves existence, and the appearance of mind-only by the power of habitual tendencies is the examination of non-duality. Even if there is no object, one should practice illusion etc. like the appearance of an elephant, just like trees and gourds etc. The word "etc." includes cities of গন্ধর্ব (gandharva, Gandharva, dri za'i grong khyer, 寻香城) etc. Such a transformed examination is related to the word "to be restrained." Conventional is called because it is in accordance with the ultimate. As it is said, that one should not climb to the top of the mansion, but to those who do not believe in the ladder of right convention. It is said. More is called very much or again and again. Thus, by the power of examining objects, the movement of the senses
