The meaning of 'bestowing' is that the yogi is taken care of by accomplishing his own nature. It is said that if the essence is urged by four methods, then the Buddhas treat the practitioner as equal to themselves, which is the meaning of the words. Moreover, this is a limb of yoga, as the lamas have said. Some say that after the three samadhis, if the accomplishment does not manifest, it will be accomplished in seven days. If one obtains the same nature as all the Tathagatas, then the Tathagatas will also bestow accomplishments, to show this. 'Manifestly pleased in mind' means in accordance with desire. 'Vast accomplishment' means having the aspect of the lord of the three realms. 'Worldly' refers to peace, etc., mastery of the body, etc., and subtle things, etc. 'Transcendent' refers to sky-goers, etc., and obtaining the rank of Vajradhara, etc. By 'whoever' etc., it is shown that the object to be accomplished that the practitioner desires to manifest is the agent of bestowing accomplishments. 'Loving-kindness' etc. means the practitioner's intention, which is the remainder of the words. 'Studying for enlightenment itself' means being in the process of studying. 'Accomplished beings' means those yogis who have attained accomplishment through the three doors of action. Thus, etc., it is shown that for yogis who do not urge the essence, time will be wasted meaninglessly. 'This is the Tathagata' means the Buddhas who have attained the ground. 'I am an ordinary person' means abiding on the ground of individual beings. Whatever is completely conceptualized is a differentiated concept. Thus, etc., the Tathagata is omniscient. 'I am an ordinary person,' by differentiated concepts, the yogi will not attain accomplishment, as is shown. 'The end of life' means attachment to that action itself, which is the meaning of 'that is its life.' To show this, by what action does one desire the action of accomplishment, meaning the action that has the characteristic of desiring to attain accomplishment.

Completed. "Becoming exhausted of life" means dying without attaining accomplishment. To explain this, it means "because of being separated from properly urging the essence." "As the literal meaning" refers to the word "etc." in "etc." Thus, after explaining the urging of the essence for the generation stage yogis, it should also be explained to the completion stage yogis, as it is shown. "The secret of mantras" refers to the samadhi of the nature of union. "The entered person" refers to the mantra person, which means the practitioner who meditates on the completion stage. "Because it is completely filled by this" means that all Tathagatas possess the body of atom-like activities. "All things" refers to what was just said and what will be said below, which means what has already been said and what will be explained in the thirteenth chapter and so on. "The excellent combination of practice and what is to be practiced, etc." refers to the combination of the practitioner as well, by the word "etc." Generation means manifestation. The two truths refer to the conventional truth and the ultimate truth, etc. "That which is unified as one" refers to the samadhi of the characteristic of the two truths, etc., being indivisible. "Grasped by this" means that it is a word with the necessity of grasping, meaning that it is transformed by this. Therefore, worldly and transworldly accomplishments, which are those with the characteristics previously mentioned, because of being separated from the union of the two roots, means that without the samadhi of union, it will not be accomplished, as it is shown. "Making the practice complete" refers to the form of the great seal, in which the two truths are inseparable. "Related to all Tathagatas" means becoming one with Akshobhya, etc., because the samadhi of union is the nature of all Tathagatas. "That which is not to be transgressed" refers to the yogis. "Their means of meditation" refers to this very means of the great seal. The means of union, etc., is for the manifestation of enlightenment.
