It is to have the desire to make it manifest. The secret instruction refers to the secret empowerment's secret instruction. The one who desires to accomplish the great seal's siddhi means desiring the wisdom and knowledge that become the cause for attaining the rank of glorious Vajradhara. The empowerment of wisdom and knowledge is because the secret empowerment precedes it. By "meditation" and so on, it is shown that if there are no external resources, it should be done with the mind. By "thus" and so on, the activities of the guru are shown. Like "how one's own" and so on, taking whichever mandala lord Vajradhara, who desires to meditate on the great seal, in the center of the Tathagata's wheel, that is, abiding among the assembly of deities. Buddha is the Tathagata, that is, to offer the bliss arising from the touch of Vajra Mother to one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases, that is, the great bliss arising from being in union with one's own mudra, as shown. And how is it offered? By that, it is shown to elaborate on that, saying that those abiding in the center of that are the assembly of Tathagatas abiding in the center of space. Those who have become the aggregate of form and so on are the five aggregates of form and so on. Vairochana and so on are those who abide in the realm of space, constant and so on. The body of the nature of wisdom is the body arising from the order of self-blessing. The reason for holding the emanation body is the meaning of perfecting the body of the great Vajradhara from that which is complete. From "then" and so on, it is shown that all the Tathagatas abide, and one should meditate on the great Vajradhara who is the nature of all Buddhas. With the forms of objects and senses, it is the order of entering into samadhi. Offering to the various aspects means satisfying one's own nature. Showing the offering itself and so on is shown to show the offering of entering into samadhi. The mind whose mind is extremely pure with joy means having a mind that is extremely pleased with the joy arising from offerings and other generosity, and is immaculate.
