It is quiescence, unspeakable. These ten are not bound, and cannot be grasped by the sound of verbal discrimination. Such a yogi is without bondage, and should know and realize that he is not a samsaric being. Being free from verbal discrimination, that is also an unspeakable state, therefore it is knowing the supreme state, and it is knowing the state of its true nature, which is the meaning of letters. One is the nine letters, which are the nature of the Dharma seal, the form of wisdom. The so-called "first" is the place of arising, the cause for all sentient beings to enter, which is the letter "E" (藏文). Furthermore, the so-called "its nine in the center" refers to the center of the five aggregates and the four elements, which is the way of self-realization. These ten, the five aggregates and the eighteen realms, are not bound by the way of thinking, nor have they become samsara. Why is that? Because it is the nature of the three letters, the nature of body, speech, and mind. It is not bound, and one should know and understand that it will surely be liberated from samsara. Moreover, it is the supreme state, having the way of great bliss, and one should know it as the three letters, which is the general meaning. The so-called "first one" refers to the letter A (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and the letter Ā (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), etc., the center with the characteristics of nine categories of vowels, refers to the center of the body, located below the navel. From the state of letters, by what is it known and proclaimed by the nature of illusion, that is the phrase, one should know that it is familiar with the form of letters, and the yogi should realize it. Again, it is its supreme state, the proclamation of the vowel of the illusory letter. The so-called knowing is what should be realized, and this is also the general meaning. The so-called "first one" refers to the wind that becomes the life force, the so-called bodhicitta is one. The so-called "first" refers to becoming the main one. The so-called "nine in the center" refers to the nine winds, the downward-moving wind, the upward-moving wind, the equally-dwelling wind, the pervasive wind, the moving wind, the varying wind, the rightly-moving wind, the extremely-moving wind, and the definitely-moving wind, the center of the nine, that is, within them. Which ten winds,

That which is not bound and attached to the collection of actions, such as karma, is unbound. It should be known and understood that these three letters accomplish whatever is desired. Whoever knows and understands in this way knows the ultimate state, the suchness of wind. This is a secret teaching. "The first one" refers to the indestructible, inexpressible letter of the nature of space, which is unique. It is the basis for the arising of all phenomena, therefore it is the first. "Nine in the center" refers to the position of the letter at the end of "ད" (da). Furthermore, not being bound by the ten elements such as earth, water, fire, wind, and the senses, and not being distracted by the connection of the senses, objects, and consciousness, in that way, that is unbound. It should be known and understood that it is the unwavering mind. The wise one is the one who knows the ultimate state, the nature of the Dharmadhatu. This is also a secret teaching. "The first one" refers to the luminosity that has a nature that is not other, is clear, and always appears, the essence of radiance and clarity, which is the bindu. That is called the indestructible. Residing on the eight-petaled wheel of the Dharmadhatu is the seed of wisdom, the inexpressible letter "A," which is the primordial wisdom. "Nine in the center" refers to the letters "A, Ka, Tsa, Ta, Ta, Pa, Ya, Sha" residing on the eight petals, and the ten that possess the nature of nine, including the corners. One should not bind and cling to the path of attaining the bliss of samadhi with the conceptual thoughts that distract the mind. Because the noble person is unbound, it should be known that it is related to and possesses the luminous letter symbolized by the letter "A." That is the ultimate state, and it should be known that it is non-dual wisdom. This is also a secret teaching. In the phrase "the first," and so on, similarly, in the center of the secret place is the mandala of fire, OM In the lotus of the heart is the mandala of water, HA In the lotus of the navel is the mandala of wind, U In the lotus of the secret place is the mandala of earth, ĀŪ (藏文:ཨཱུ,梵文天城体:ऊ,梵文罗马拟音:ū,汉语字面意思:阿乌). Thus, these are combined with the vowels. Among the nine, the only letter that is constantly recited within the body is HUM Therefore, one is not bound by the first ten mentioned earlier.
