It cannot be destroyed, and the Bhagavan is also the same. Therefore, this alone is the ultimate meaning. This is what is truly existent, the nature of self-awareness. This refers to the self-awareness that is the nature of both movement and non-movement, experienced by oneself, the very nature of great bliss. Now, it shows the summary by "all actions themselves," etc. Knowing the practice of yoga by the method described earlier, whatever yogi of intelligence, whether lying down, etc., that is, in the four postures of lying down, standing up, sitting, and walking, in the actions done for the benefit of sentient beings, also transcends the three times, without the three times. At all times, it is nameless, that is, it cannot be expressed in words, it is inexpressible, it is not clear, it is free from expression. Constantly, that is, at all times, the three syllables should be recited. That is the meaning. That is, the breath enters with the syllable Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), and the syllable Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) of the mantra also abides in the middle.
