It is said that after "Bon" was spoken, the three realms of beings arose from it, as it is said. If one learns to practice yoga on this mustard seed, then one should contemplate the moving and unmoving as Vajrasattva. The distinction of this is that the wisdom abode is delightful, and one contemplates and meditates with secret wisdom, which is the meaning of straightforwardness. Contemplate the tip of the nose as a mustard seed, and so on, the explanation of the completion stage that is spoken is the heart center, the secret place, the hidden place, the navel center, and the five aggregates of wisdom that dwell in all parts of the body. The five rays of light of the aggregates transform into life and effort, which is the tip of the nose. From the upper nostril, the colors of the four mandalas will definitely arise in order. As it is said in the Vajra Garland: "The mustard seed at the tip of the nose is the observation of life and effort. Those who dwell in life and effort, the five lights are the actual Buddhas. They will definitely arise from the upper nostril, and will become the four kinds called left, right, both, and slow. It is said that the inner time is. By the combination of the four self-mantras, at all times of day and night, one dwells for half a session, and the order is in sequence." As it is said. Contemplate the tip of the nose as a mustard seed, the meaning of this vajra word is to show the suchness of wind and the suchness of mantra. Moving and unmoving on the mustard seed, the so-called moving and unmoving refers to the mind of the Bodhi nature of the three consciousnesses. The mustard seed is a subtle realm, contemplate it as the dependent and the depended upon, and it must be understood, that is, it must be practiced as the suchness of wisdom. The wisdom abode is delightful, contemplate and meditate with secret wisdom, the wisdom body that is observed with wind and consciousness is the abode of wisdom. Like a rainbow, it is delightful because it has white and other rays of light. Because it is not the realm of the discriminating yogis, it is secret. Because it arises from the wisdom of luminosity, it is observed with wisdom. This meaning also shows that it is explained from the secret meaning of the Mahayana sutras. Within the range of a single hair, there are also many Buddhas like the sands of the Ganges.

Resides. It is said, "On a single atom are Buddhas as numerous as atoms. Those who reside in the midst of the sons of the Buddhas." Thus spoken, it shows the suchness of the gods, which is the definitive meaning. Now, from the union of mantra and wind, in order to show the recitation of the branches of action by the division of the four mandalas arising from the families, it is said, "The sphere of space," etc. The sphere of space here is the indestructible. To abide in its center is to arise from it. The solar mandala is the fire mandala, the very nature of red rays, a collection of light arising from the right. Meditation is to be known. Meditate on the abode of the Buddha's body. It is said that the Buddha is Vairochana, and the body is Amitabha. Their abode is the letters Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿). Meditate on their entering and abiding, and closely represent them. Abiding on top of those letters Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), place the nature of the rising letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). This thoroughly considered is the recitation of Amitabha. The clear mandala is the water mandala, the very nature of stillness. The manner and union of the eye is to represent whiteness and slow movement. Meditate on the vajra lotus. It is said that after the letter Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) has completely transformed, there is the lotus, and the letter Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) has completely transformed, and the vajra, that is, the rising Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), is to be greatly spoken. This is the vajra recitation. The jewel mandala is the great empowerment mandala of Ratnasambhava. The two abide and move, and the color is yellow. With the supreme union, diligently, completely meditate on it. It is said that on top of that mandala is the supreme union, that is, the nature of the three letters expanding, contracting, and abiding. One should diligently meditate and know with one-pointedness. This is the jewel recitation. Abiding in the center of the sphere of space, one should meditate on the mandala of light. It is said that the mandala of light arising from the indestructible is the wind mandala. The color is black, arising from the left. On top of it is the manner of the Buddha. The letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) enters peacefully and briefly, and after abiding, it expands and emits. This is
