Because it possesses, it has glory. Because it is not deceived by the eight worldly dharmas, it has power. Because it possesses the life and activity rituals of Vajrasattva, it has a radiant appearance. Because it is always very joyful, seeing it brings joy to the heart. Such a yogi possessing great yoga sees, and seeing is understanding. This has three aspects: the eye, the ear, and the mind. Among them, merely seeing allows one to control the world, that is, to control beings distinguished in various ways, just as one would see a leader and so on. To be in control is another way of saying to have power. The term "without prompting" means that one is not prompted or guided by external mantras and mudras, etc. Because one abides in samadhi with signs, one will not attain the fruit without signs. As it is said in the Abhisamayalankara, all the gods will naturally accomplish themselves. "This" refers to what was just said. "All Buddhas" refers to all conceptual yogis. The most excellent Buddha among them abides in the samadhi of the stages of realization and completion. Their secret is hidden. "Supreme Bodhi" is a symbol of being closer to attaining Bodhi. "The secret of the true mantra" is the secret of the Tathagatagarbha. "This" refers to what was just said. "Transcending body, speech, and mind" refers to transcending the body, speech, and mind of ordinary beings, and that is what is meant by "transcending." It will be declared thus: Having abandoned the body of an ordinary person, by what means can one attain the body of Vajra nature? This suchness is like this. Therefore, it is said: The mantra practitioner without conceptual thought, possessing such samadhi, completely abandoning fixed time, will attain the supreme state. This is the direct meaning. These Vajra words come from the tantras that have been spoken, and one should enter from the distinctions. Then, the Sugata Lord also spoke the secret vows, and for the benefit of all beings, he spoke all the supreme conduct. Moment, instant, second

Just that. The time of half-month, month, and year, countless three kalpas, are said to be equal in one instant. Saying six months is that very self. Enjoying the non-existent to the fullest, it is praised as one instant, and should be considered as having transcended the three times. Possessing form, sound, and taste, the yogi meditates on the sixth month. After making that great offering, meditate on the secret that very self. The union of object and sense faculty is said to be eating leftovers. By doing so, one obtains such accomplishment, eating without conceptualization. That very self is unsurpassed, born from one bodhicitta. The gathering of non-conceptuality is uncreated, and the meaning of non-discrimination will be accomplished. That meditation is enjoying bliss, that is called meat. The nature of what is called realm is mundane and supramundane. Whatever is supramundane is supreme, the non-discrimination of the wise. Thus, the single taste of suchness, that is the abandonment of retinue and the other side. By this good conduct of the yogi, may the bodhisattva, the wise one, and the Buddhas be pleased, and may accomplishment be quickly attained. In the desire realm, the world of mastery, one obtains the supreme position of karma. The lord is majestic and great, rich in power, possessing splendor, and delightful to see. Just by seeing, without being urged, these worlds will become his. This is the secret, supreme bodhi of all the Buddhas. This secret of the true mantra is supreme, transcending the three vajras. The lord, of all the Tathagatas, is the vow, the supreme vow. Thus it is said, it is the definitive meaning. That suchness is the nature of complete destruction, by which one blesses and generates body, speech, and mind, the chapter of the collection of texts of that word is, the blessing of body, speech, and mind.
