Therefore, O disease lord, the sole lord of medicine. Ambrosia Goddess, I always praise you. In the presence of Buddha Shakyamuni. From this day until the end of samsara. To pacify diseases and sufferings of the white side. To increase life and merit. The black side is summoned and subdued. These actions of madness, possession, killing, etc. To protect the Dharma, I will accomplish these actions. If I violate this, it is deceiving the Buddhas. May the vajra of the Buddhas of the three times strike my head. May it strike. Thus, I vow before the Buddhas. Please be pleased and keep your oath as promised. Please swiftly accomplish the actions as vowed. For me, the yogi, and my retinue. Please shower the rain of the stream of nectar from your mouth. Please pacify all sufferings such as diseases. Please increase life, power, and wealth. Please make wealth, crops, and piles of grain abundant. Please increase jewels, livestock, and animals. Cursing the lama, disparaging the Three Jewels. Whoever obstructs my virtuous deeds. This evil deed called "So-and-so". Please blow a poisonous wind from your belly. Arise the diseases of the four elements from within. Please let the skin fall to the ground. Please make them vomit blood from the five internal organs. Please make the evil retinue beat their chests. Please make them cry out their lives to the sky. Please kill with the Lord of Death, killing, and madness. Please send bad omens such as wild animals and garudas. Please swiftly accomplish the work of protecting the Dharma. Among them, perform the activities of madness and killing, using soil from an anthill, and soil from the riverbank, and soil from the charnel ground, and warm ashes from the charnel ground.
