The great actor tears out the heart, causing untimely death, and is killed by Vajra Yaksha and others. It becomes the great flesh-eating wrathful one, burned by the blazing Vajra fire, the body turned to ashes. Each of their own forms appears clearly, and they are born in the screaming hell, thus vowing. Then offer the five offerings and the torma to the goddess. Recite "Om Vajra Dipe Puja Saparana Samaye Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དཱི་པེ་པཱུ་ཛ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रदीपे पूज स्फरणा समये हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajradīpe pūja spharaṇa samaye hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Light Offering Expanding Samaya Hum)" and offer light to the eyes. Recite "Om Vajra Gandhe Puja Saparana Samaye Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གནྡྷེ་པཱུ་ཛ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रगन्धे पूज स्फरणा समये हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajragandhe pūja spharaṇa samaye hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Scent Offering Expanding Samaya Hum)" and offer scent to the heart. Recite "Om Vajra Naivedye Puja Saparana Samaya Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་ཝི་དྱེ་པཱུ་ཛ་སྥ་ར་ཎས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रनैविद्ये पूज स्फरणा समय हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajranaivedye pūja spharaṇa samaya hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Food Offering Expanding Samaya Hum)" and offer food to the hands. Then offer the torma with raw sheep meat and blood, crow meat and blood, and whatever other kinds of meat and blood are available, as well as various foods such as alcohol. Thus, after the offering is completed, praise. Blow the bone flute, or blow the human leg bone, or beat the hand drum, or beat the human skull drum, and praise with beautiful melodies: Om, glorious black one, invincible lord of the three realms. Self-benefit accomplished, though inclined towards the gate of liberation, yet by the power of compassion, subsequently acts for the benefit of others. With various wisdoms, benefits sentient beings. Goddess, body color black like rain clouds, black night mother, extremely fierce form. Extremely emaciated, a body of bones. One face, four arms, two feet, majestic body. Hair standing on end, locks coiled to the left. Hair adorned with snakes and a garland of skulls. Ears adorned with flowers, wearing a black silk diadem. Eyes red with blood-wine intoxication. Holding a stiff corpse in the mouth, baring fangs. Extremely bared, extremely pleased with blood. Right ear adorned with a snake, a bell ringing from the neck. Having subdued the wicked, emitting the sound of Brahma.

When the body's color rivals the great Mount Meru, the sun and moon rise from the direction directly in front of the navel. The Four Great Kings and others bow.
