་པ། ཞབས་གཉིས་ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་གིས་བརྒྱན་ནས། བོད་བུ་གྭ་པའི་སྟེང་ན་རྩེན་སྐྱིལ་དུ་བཞུགས་པ། དུར་ཁྲོད་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་དབུས་ན་སྐད་དུང་དང་འབྲུག་གི་སྒྲ་ལྟར་སྒྲོགས་ཤིང༌། མ་མོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཤ་ཟ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་སྡུད་པ་ཅིག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེ་ལྟར་གསལ་བ་དང་དེའི་སྙིང་གའི་དབུས་སུ། ཐུགས་མར་མེ་འདྲ་བ་ལ་རང་གི་སོར་བཞིའི་ཚད་ལ་དབྱིབས་སྒོ་ངའི་གཟུགས་འདྲ་བ་ཅིག་གསལ་བར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །སྒོ་ང་དེའི་ནང་གི་དབུས་སུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཉི་མ་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཅིག་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་ཡང་ཧཱུཾ་གི་ཐིག་ལེ་ནི་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བསམ། ཧཱུཾ་གི་ཟླ་ཚེས་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བསམ། དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཧཱུཾ་དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་བྱུང་བས་བཟླས་པའི་ཡིག་འབྲུ་རྣམས་ཕྲེང་བར་གྱུར་ནས། ཧཱུཾ་དེ་ཉིད་ལ་བལྟ་ཞིང་གསལ་བ་དང༌། འདྲིས་ཤིང་གོམས་པའི་སྦྱོར་བས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཁོ་ནར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བདག་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ལྷ་མོར་གསལ་བ་དང༌། གྲུབ་པའི་གནས་ནས་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་སྔར་གྱི་དེ་དང་འདྲ་བ་ཞིག་ལ། འཁོར་མ་མོ་གཅེར་བུ་རལ་པ་ཅན་ཐོད་པས་སེ་རལ་ཁར་བརྒྱན་པ། ལག་པ་གཡས་པས་མིའི་སྙིང་ཐོགས་པ། ལག་པ་གཡོན་པས་བྷནྡྷ་རཀྟས་བཀར་བ་འཛིན་པ། སྙིང་གི་དཀྱིལ་ན་སྲོག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་བྷྱོཿརེ་རེ་ཡོད་པ། བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་བྱོན་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ནས། མདུན་དུ་ཨེའི་དབུས་སུ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ས་བོན་ཧཱུཾ་དང་བྷྱོཿལ་སོ་སོར་ཐིམ་པས་སྐུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱར་བཞེངས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་དགུག་པ་དང་གཞུག་པ་དང་བཅིང་བ་དང་དབང་དུ་བྱ་བ་སྔགས་འདིས་ ༄། །བྱའོ། །དྲྀ་ཤྱ་ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ནས་དེ་ནས་གཟུགས་ལ་མངོན་དུ་སྐུ་སྟོན་པ་ཅིག་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེ་ལྟར་མི་སྟོན་ན། ཨོཾ་ཧཱུཾ་བྷྱོཿཨེ་ཨཱར་ལི་ཧྲཱིཿཛཿཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་གཟིར་རོ། །མངོན་དུ་མ་བྱུང་ན་བདག་གི་སེམས་ལ་ཅི་འདོད་པ་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སྒྲུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྒོ་བའོ། །དེ་ཡང་ལས་བྱེད་པའི་ཚེ་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་སྦྱིན་ཏེ། དམ་ཚིག་ཀྱང་གུར་གུམ་ཆུ་ལ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་ལ་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །དམ་ཚིག་གི་སྔགས་འདིའོ། །ཨོཾ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་དྷི་ཀྲ་མ་ནན་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཆུ་སྦྱིན་ནས་བསྒོ་བ། ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་དམ་ཚིག་འདི་ལས་འདས་ནས་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མ་བྱས་ན་རབ་ཏུ་གཟིར་བ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱེད་པ་དང༌། དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཆུ་འདི་ཡང་ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལ་ཆེན་པོར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། མཐོང་བས་ཁྲག་སྐྱུགས་པ་དང༌། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཟ

。双足以铁链装饰，于藏族孩童（尸体）之上安坐。于八大尸林之中，发出如海螺与龙吟之声。观想为能摄伏一切母众空行食肉者。如是观想清晰后，于其心间中央，观想如火焰般，大小如自身四指，形状如卵之物。于卵中，观想具足日轮月轮之（种子字）吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。又，吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之明点观想为日轮，吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之月牙观想为月轮。其下，由吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字放出光芒，化为念诵之咒字，连成串鬘。观视吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字本身，令其清晰，以熟习之方便，一心专注观修。如是观想自身为誓言之天女，从成就之处，与先前相同之自性天女，以及眷属裸身散发，以颅骨装饰头顶，右手持人心，左手持盛满血之颅器，心间有命之精要（种子字）勃（藏文：བྷྱོཿ，梵文天城体：भ्योः，梵文罗马拟音：bhyoḥ，汉语字面意思：勃），观想有不可思议之众降临。之后，从虚空中迎请，于前方埃（藏文：ཨེ），咒语种子吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）与勃（藏文：བྷྱོཿ，梵文天城体：भ्योः，梵文罗马拟音：bhyoḥ，汉语字面意思：勃）各自融入，以手印建立本尊。以咒语行勾招、引入、系缚、调伏之事。

Adorned with iron shackles on both feet, seated in a playful posture upon a Tibetan child (corpse). In the center of the eight great charnel grounds, proclaiming sounds like conch shells and the roar of dragons. Meditate on her as one who subdues all mothers, dakinis, and flesh-eaters. Having visualized this clearly, in the center of her heart, visualize something like a flame, the size of one's own four fingers, shaped like an egg. Within that egg, visualize a Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) complete with sun and moon discs. Furthermore, consider the dot of the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) as a sun disc, and the crescent moon of the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) as a moon disc. Below that, from the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) rays of light emanate, transforming into a rosary of recited syllables. Having visualized oneself as the samaya goddess, from the place of accomplishment, a goddess of suchness, identical to the previous one, along with a retinue of naked, disheveled-haired mothers, adorned with skull crowns, the right hand holding a human heart, the left hand holding a kapala filled with blood, in the center of the heart each possessing the life essence Bhyoh (藏文：བྷྱོཿ，梵文天城体：भ्योः，梵文罗马拟音：bhyoḥ，汉语字面意思：勃), visualize an inconceivable host arriving. Then, invite them from the sky, and in front, the mantra seed syllable Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) and Bhyoh (藏文：བྷྱོཿ，梵文天城体：भ्योः，梵文罗马拟音：bhyoḥ，汉语字面意思：勃) dissolve separately into the center of E (藏文：ཨེ), thereby establishing the deity with mudras. Perform the actions of summoning, drawing in, binding, and subjugating with this mantra.
