Saying "To" is called giving the command because one enters the Samadhi of the Mandala of the Vow through the power of the vow. It goes from "Glorious Black One" to "and so on, the Terrifier." These are the categories of the retinue, as explained above. Through the power of entering the Samadhi of the Mandala of the Vow of the main deity, they become extremely crucial. Things like "trembling greatly" occur. "Trembling" means that those retinues have not reached the level of the retinue of fruition, and they tremble because the power of their bodies is not complete. They are frightened because the power of their speech is not complete. "They become extremely unbearable and lose their memory" means that the power of their minds is not complete. Because such power is incomplete, they cannot protect the Buddha's teachings. Then, "Bhagavan" refers to the main deity. He enters the Samadhi of "complete power of body, speech, and mind." Its meaning is to complete the power of body, speech, and mind of the retinues, and because they do not abandon the special vows, the Hum(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) residing in the heart of the main deity is completely surrounded by the mantra of power and vow. Then, light radiates from the mantra beginning with Om(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). It is expressed by emanating from the face. Then, and so on, means that the light pervades the hearts of all the retinues. "They regain their memory" means that those retinues also regain the power of body, speech, and mind, and they do not deviate from the vow of the main deity. "Bhagavan" means entering the Samadhi of the Mandala of Approach of the Great Black One. Through the power of that Samadhi and the retinues becoming powerful, they offer the essence of their own life. "Own" refers to the nature of body, speech, and mind of all the retinues, including the Great Black One who abides by the command. "Life" means because it is similar to life, and because it is accomplished as if it were life. "Essence" means essence because it takes the essence of subduing the wicked and protecting the mind.
