Between the tip of the nose and the eyebrows, and on the crown of the head, if pain is felt separately and cannot be averted, then will die immediately. Starting from the toes, reaching the navel, feeling pain and heat, will surely die within six months. From the toes to the heart, or to the armpits or the head, feeling pain, will die in half a month, three months, or one day respectively. If the chest suddenly collapses, will die within a month. If the veins on both sides of the neck break, will be within half a month. If a black line suddenly appears in the middle of the tongue, and the teeth clench tightly, then will die within two days. If the veins behind the inside of the ear appear to be broken, will die on that day or within ten days. If the color of the fingernails suddenly disappears, if not practiced with mantras etc., then will die within six months. If suddenly becomes swollen, beaten, and disturbed by anger and fear, if does not rely on Dharma, then will die within one year. If the senses cannot grasp their respective objects as they are.

Gums, lips, palate, and tongue, Constantly drying out separately, This, within six months, Shows that one will certainly die. Stars and the Seven Sages, Are they not seen at night in all directions? If the body suddenly bursts into flames, One will die within seven days. Cloudlessness and mucus, Smoke and the path of shadows, Suddenly seeing smoke at night, One will die within six months. The moon without a rabbit, The sun devoid of light, Fire with various lights, The moon also with rays. Seeing the sun at night, the moon during the day, Likewise, one's own eyes burning, Stars as tall as Mount Meru, The ocean like a river. In the navel's shelter, at the excretory opening, Leprosy-like color like a lotus, Red pimples on the vulva, The body with various colors, The heart filled with sorrow and tears. Holes in the moon and sun, Holes in the earth and sky, Whoever sees only oneself, That person will see death within half a month.
