Will become the ruler. Thus it is said. Then, to symbolize the nature of the wisdom of accomplished action, the essence of the horse king's play, the empowerment of the bell is bestowed. Then, the Vajra Master demonstrates the mudra of holding the vajra and bell, and places the play of combining method and wisdom on the disciple's head, reciting this verse. Om, because all dharmas are completely pure, it is the very nature of the Buddha's wisdom. Whatever the objects of the senses, is the mandala of the illusion of supreme bliss. Om, glorious so-and-so, abhiṣiñcāmi. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དཔལ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩཱ་མི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ śrī অমুক അഭിषिঞ্চামি, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śrī amuka abhiṣiñcāmi, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, glorious so-and-so, I empower.) Vajra nāma abhiṣeka ta ya ho. Sanskrit Romanization: vajranāma abhiṣekataya ho, Literal Chinese Meaning: Vajra name, for the sake of empowerment, ho.) This is the empowerment of the name, which symbolizes the nature of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, the essence of glorious Vairochana. Benefits of Empowerment Thus, the benefits of empowerment are: the union of all Buddhas, the supreme bliss of the illusion of the sky-goers, will not increase, nor be confused, and will not be harmed. Thus it is said. Giving vows and precepts, etc. In order to give vows and precepts, etc., first, swearing an oath and giving precepts is spoken through the door of the single voice of all Buddhas: the union of all Buddhas, the violation of precepts, you violators. All Buddhas and Bodhisattva Vajradharas, gods and humans, and yogi practitioners, for them, from the depths of the heart, drink the great blood in the heart. For the sake of all sentient beings, in order to completely purify existence, through the union of the unobstructed Dharma nature, one must establish permanence. Completely abandon one's own nature, and do not torment oneself with asceticism. Enjoy happiness as you please. This is the Buddha of the future. In all yogic enjoyments, be fearless and joyful in every way. Do not fear the power of sinlessness. Be joyful in transgressing vows. Thus it is said, and the three vows of body, speech, and mind are extensively shown. This is the ritual of empowering the disciple. The Ritual of Empowering as a Master Giving the Conduct Then, becoming a Vajra Master, oneself and others

Wishing to accomplish this, one should pray to the lama: O protector, by the kindness of your compassion, the mandala, the empowerment of the master, etc., for the sake of self and others, grant me the empowerment to accomplish these actions. Thus it is said. Recite again: The great vajra bell and mudra, the profound union, should be held correctly. Today, the great vajra master, gather all the disciples. This is all the Buddhas, held in the hand of Vajrasattva. You should always hold it too, and be firm in the conduct of Vajrapani. Om Maha Vajra Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Great, Vajra, Hum) Om Sarva Tathagata Vajra Sattva Samaya Tistha (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, All, Thus Gone, Vajra, Sattva, Vow, Abide) This is what all the Buddhas, declared as following the voice of wisdom. You should always hold it too, and the Victorious Ones desire the supreme Bodhi. Om Vajra Ghante Ah Ah Esha Tvam Dharaya Mi Hi Hi Hi Hi Hoh (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Bell, Ah, Ah, Esha, You, Hold, Mi, Hi, Hi, Hi, Hi, Hoh) For the sake of the stability of the mind's body, it is called the Samaya Mudra. Whatever makes the body stable, is very famous as a mudra. Om Maha Kaya Vak Citta Vajra Samaya Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Great, Body, Speech, Mind, Vajra, Vow, Hum) Thus, the three kinds of conduct are bestowed. Then, please the deities with the assembly of offerings and the dance of praise. Giving Anumodana (Rejoicing). Then, give the subsequent rejoicing, for the sake of accomplishing the activities for the benefit of oneself and others, the common, intermediate, and supreme, pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, summoning, subduing, suppressing, and stiffening actions, and the rituals of separating ignorance and dispelling, accomplish them without hindrance. Sword, eye medicine, underground, rootless non-giving ladder, newly transformed pills, sun and moon holding, raining, and so on, the assembly of actions, accomplishing the nominal and accomplishing wisdom, understanding the meaning of the mudras, etc., all the siddhis, the beings', the meaning and benefit are truly practiced. Entering the abode of all the Victorious Ones, the supreme qualities of body, speech, and mind are adorned, the activities of combining the abodes of self and others, accomplish the illusory siddhis of the Dakinis. Thus it is said. Then, open the eyes again as before, just as an ophthalmologist king, removes the cataract of eye disease, so may the Buddhas remove the cataract of your ignorance, son. Om Vajra Netra Ava Hara Patalam Hrih (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Eye, Remove, Cataract, Lam, Hrih) All dharmas are like reflections.
