The so-called "non-abiding nirvana" means to completely enter nirvana through non-abiding nirvana, becoming its own nature. With the nature of one taste, untouched by all differences, therefore, in the cycle of existence, with countless Tathagatas, Bodhisattvas, Yoginis, those free from desire, mudras, mandalas, and eighty kotis of mantras, although becoming non-dual, yet due to the power of past habits, they abide in the manner of how to benefit all sentient beings. This is the meaning of that. Thus, I have realized this most profound Dharma, but most sentient beings have little merit, poor wisdom, and faith in the lower vehicle. Therefore, who will believe in this Dharma? Thus, in order to tame those with sharp faculties, they enter nirvana with respectful and earnest intention, not delighting in teaching the Dharma they have realized, not ༄. This shows the meaning of not delighting. The so-called "that" means neither abiding in existence and peace, nor delighting in existence and peace. Because they possess great compassion and wisdom, how can they not delight in abiding in the manner of how to benefit? This is to obtain the meaning of rarity. The so-called "in various assemblies" means various, that is, various aspects, and the rare assembly is the basis of great bliss. The so-called "Yogini" means wisdom, skillful means, and absorption, which is called yoga. This is extremely complete in that. Therefore, it is asked whether there is anyone who can answer the questions. How can sentient beings obtain the ability to accomplish their own and others' benefits? In the various tantras, etc., what is the necessity of explaining the means of mantras? The meaning summarized here is: whatever the Sugatas have declared in the various tantras, etc., if there are no mantras in them, then their power is not seen, but mantras can generate many necessities. Thus, how should small, medium, and large sentient beings be accomplished in order? The great Vajradhara has said that accomplishment can be achieved by reciting one hundred thousand or one million times. Can I also realize it among the small, etc.? Or can I not realize it? Those who have such doubts, with their minds attached, how can they recite mantras? Subdued by greed, etc.

How do those with perverse knowledge engage in attachment, hence the recitation of mantras. For beings engaged in attachment, words like "those" should be examined. For those who do not understand, counting the recitation of mantras in their continuum is possible, but how can it be done with an afflicted mind? For those with correct knowledge, it is even more so. Focusing the mind on the end of existence and non-existence, who has determined this? Possessing the end of Nirvana. ༄། །"ནི་" is a suffix indicating "ཕ་རོལ་" in some cases. What kind of mantra is that? As a mantra, it should be recited. From the perspective of the awakened mind, the nature of the mind is the mind, and the nature of protection is protection, that is, emptiness and compassion are inseparable, which is the ultimate mantra, and only in this way can one accomplish the benefit of oneself and others. If so, what is the use of reciting mantras? This is his thought. "How in all cases" is a question. "Like that" means that those who have the ability to think and discern through the order of narration do not recite. Even if there is recitation, it is not another accomplishment. Kalpas like stars are numerous, which is the first meaning of the third meaning. Just as there are countless stars in the sky, there are countless kalpas. Like that, for situations where recitation is impossible when it is needed, like that, there are doubts about the meaning, etc., and sometimes there is recitation, but it is also an accomplishment. "Bhagavan" refers to the Bhagavan. "Great Goddess" is the supreme consort. Precisely because of this, like the Bhagavan, she is the sovereign mother of all tantras, because she is able to expound all the tantras. Like that, this refers to using the form of Vajravarahi to expound the hundred thousand verses and to teach the tantras of Vajra Yogini. Saying "Bhagavan alone is this" is necessary. The Isvari is one who is unobstructed in all cases and possesses inconceivable power. Merely looking is the Bhagavan. Saying "in the skull" means from the skull. "ཀམ་ increasing bliss (Tibetan, Devanagari, kham, Romanized Sanskrit, kham, literal Chinese meaning)" refers to the indestructible seed of Kapala Bodhicitta. From this, the mantra is extracted. This refers to here, one should contemplate the seed of wisdom in the center of the eyebrows in the form of a bindu.
