(Tibetan) Called "The One Who Perfectly Gathers the Elements," where "elements" refers to moving and non-moving things. Gathering with these things refers to the state of having the nature of transforming these things into the great bliss inseparable from one's own continuum, the supreme nature, that is, causing them to dissolve into this state, is called "The One Who Perfectly Gathers the Elements." "By what" refers to by what, that is, pervaded by the Great Enchantress. "This" refers to those present before one. "All" refers to the kalpas divided by place, time, and nature. "Moving and non-moving" and so on, refers to all the natures of the dependent and the depended upon. They are able to prevent the state of not being pervaded by them and being pervaded by others. Because she said, "I pervade all." Therefore, "from that" and so on, refers to the Great Enchantress herself also gathers the inner and outer things with the nature of supreme great bliss, that is, causing them to acquire their own nature. Thus, it is proclaimed that self-nature is without self-nature, because she said, "These are co-emergent natures." "The three realms also rejoice" refers to arising from the nature of the Great Enchantress, which is purified, from the suchness itself, from the three existences born from karma and afflictions. Therefore, she said, "Approaching to become the cause of generating the three realms." "Secrets" refers not only to the three realms, but also to the mothers born from the stainless pure lands and the mothers born from mantras, and so on. They are able to prevent all dharmas born from other causes and dharmas born from no cause. "Mother" refers to the birth-giving mother. "This" refers to what was just indicated. "Lord of Illusion" refers to the Great Enchantress. "Extremely famous" refers to being extremely famous as the mother of all. "Accomplishing the Three Realms" refers to exhausting the three realms with the nature of the cause pervading oneself, with the nature of non-object of action. The reason for saying "touching" is because of having such knowledge. "Giving all desires" refers to because of giving all perfections.

It is. The reason for calling it "is" is that through the meditation of joy and gathering, one fully knows that it is inseparable from one's own continuum. The reason for calling it "accomplishment of power" is that in order to perfectly accomplish all things that have become the master of the continuum of practitioners. The reason for calling it "knowledge" is the great magic net itself. The meaning of "devas and yakshas" and so on is that all the devas and so on come from their own abodes to the practitioners, and offer them with the utmost respect, and abide closely in order to receive teachings and instructions, which is called "accomplishment." The so-called "will gather under control" means to be controlled. The so-called "water-born" refers to crocodiles and so on. The so-called "land-born" refers to tigers and so on. The so-called "yoginis" refers to those who are the nature of field-born mothers, mantra-born mothers, and co-born mothers. The so-called "seizing" and so on, is for the purpose of bestowing the most secret empowerment to the disciples, inviting and leading the daughters of devas and so on. The so-called "all Buddhas" means that all Tathagatas are to be one's own consorts. The so-called "enjoying the daughter" means that the guru, together with the disciples and yoginis, in order to bestow the empowerment of great joy to all sentient beings, manifests and generates the daughter who has not been enjoyed by others, and the great bliss that is inseparable from all the Tathagatas, which is distinguished by place and time, as a symbol of the one and only path, and with the thumb...
