Etc. Among them, "color yellow" etc. refers to arranging the letters in front of being satisfied with nectar. The letter ཀྵ་ (Tibetan) transformed twice refers to the nature of fire, ཀྵུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: Śuṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: Shum, literal meaning: Śuṃ) yellow, because it is a superposition of ཀ་ (Tibetan) and ལ་ (Tibetan). All forms are terrifying, the letter of the bell is in the eye. It refers to the nature of the earth element, the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: Hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: Hum, literal meaning: Hūṃ) black, because it is said here, "The body is soft and the best of bells," therefore, softness and bell are the nature of both.

It is the vein of the ear. These four and the above tooth veins, the nectar that flows out after the five have gathered, arises at the root of the tongue, that is its definition. For example, if asked what it is like, it is said: Like placing it in the udder of a cow, extract the essence and make it rich. Just as the milk that pervades the body of a cow gathers in the udder, extract from the substance of the five veins and place it only at the root of the tongue. If asked, what does the gathered nectar substance do? It is said: Stupa skull nature. And so on. Visualize the stupa inside the knot of the vein, and write the letter at its apex. Or, the shape of the letter Hūṃ should be understood as a stupa, and the nectar gathered from above should be poured on the letter Hūṃ. If asked, where does the oil dripping in the stupa disappear? It is said: The remainder dissolves into the top of the vein. Thus, from above, the meaning of extracting the nectar is shown, and from below, the ritual of extracting again is told. It is said: Extract upwards, extract downwards, with the seed syllable, extract everything with method. That is, the seed syllable for extracting upwards and downwards is the letter Phaṭ (ཕཊ་), extract it from the lower body with method, and make it dissolve into the top of the vein. The nine places of the lower upright place are told. It is said: The spring at the water's edge, the water mouth behind the back. And so on. Among them, on the feet are the fire of time and the fire of the flesh-eating demon. That is, the fire of time is the right foot. The fire of the flesh-eating demon is the left foot. The position point is called below the navel. The nectar of that place, dissolves into the hoof of the cow. That is, the hoof of the cow is the lung, because it is like the hoof of a cow. The meaning is this: extract the nectar from the top of the vein, and make it dissolve into the lung. If asked, where else should the nectar gathered from the top of the vein be spread and placed? It is said: After extracting from one door, it should also be placed in the nine doors. That is, from one door, that is, extracting from the top of the vein, and the nectar that has dissolved into the lung, ༄། །should also be placed in the nine places including the anus. Thus, what samādhi should the yogi who extracts nectar with method cultivate? It is said: Everything abides in the body. And so on. Clearly shows the practice of samādhi.
