One should contemplate as a goddess in a way that does not focus on the object of nirvana. As it is also said in the verses of complete affliction or purification: 'The nature of this other-powered is twofold in terms of characteristics. In terms of imputation, it is samsara; in terms of accomplishment, it is nirvana.' As an example of this, it is said: 'Like training a son and a disciple.' That is, for a son and a disciple who have no faults or merits, one should only train them in merits from childhood, and thus make them possess true wisdom. Similarly, the mind, which is luminous in nature, should also realize the true meaning and thus attain nirvana. The phrase 'in the middle of that' means 'consciousness is examined like the sky.' That is, that mind is examined in the middle of existence and non-existence, and consciousness also always appears like the sky, existing in name but not available for examination. If asked what its nature is, it is said: 'Without color and all signs are real.' Among them, 'without color' means that the mind is beyond the senses, so it is not a black or yellow thing, because all things arise only through dependence. 'All signs are real' means that the nature of all signs also arises from the mind, so all signs are real, because there is no external substance. 'Without bondage' means that the mind is unobstructed. 'The form of bondage' means that the mind also turns into a form with complete limbs and parts, or a vase and cloth, etc. 'Without form' means because of the nature of the mind and the phenomena arising from the mind. 'All with form' means because it is the nature of form, sound, smell, etc. 'Not long' means because the nature of dharma is immeasurable. 'Likewise long' means because the nature of dharma is infinite. If asked how the suchness of the mind can accomplish the unreal of illusion, then the answer is: with the suchness of the mind in the center of existence and non-existence, one can accomplish the nature of illusion that appears as real but is unreal, this is the concluding statement. 'With the mind without characteristics' means because of the general characteristic of emptiness. 'All characteristics are viewed'

Furthermore. Saying "is" is because the nature of self is the essence of things like vases and felt. Now, how should such a nature be meditated on with the mind? It is said: "By the object of meditating on the unreal, that meditation should be examined." This means that from the perspective of ultimate truth, it does not exist, but from the gateway of conventional truth, meditation should be examined. How should it be examined? It is said: "In the midst of form and emptiness, the mind should be skilled." This means that forms, etc., arising from dependent origination, are visualized as existing, and phenomena produced by nature are visualized as emptiness and non-existent. Between these two, the mind of existence and non-existence should be examined by a skilled yogi. Now, the qualities of a yogi with such an object of focus are stated: "By focusing on everything everywhere, the yogi's body becomes free from disease." This means that if a yogi meditates, he will not become a fault of existence, nor will he become a fault of things. Again, wanting to state the qualities of the mind, it is said, "Secret of secrets," etc. Among them, the secret of secrets is because it cannot be spoken. The great secret is because it transcends the realm of experience. "Name consciousness wisdom clear," is because it transcends characteristics and signs. Such a mind of suchness can only be obtained from the oral transmission of the guru, so it is said, "From the secret of reading scriptures," etc. Having explained the measure of the mind in detail, wanting to show the measure of the mudra in detail, it is said, "The body with an equal mind." Among them, "Place both hands on the secret," means that the yogi in the lotus position should abandon the mudra of samadhi. "Breath is in the navel," means that one should first meditate on the vase samadhi. "Should be joined in the manner of a mandala," means that without bending or tilting, extend the arms and make them round. The others have already been explained in the fourth chapter of the union seat, so they are not repeated. Now, wanting to show in detail the continuation of that meditation, the measure of the torma, it is said, "The body satisfied by the nectar torma."
