That which resembles the hand of the powerful one (Tibetan: དབང་པོ།), is called that. The one called "Deluding Mother" is paṭaparnaka (Sanskrit Romanization). The one called "Stiffening Mother" is salaparnika (Sanskrit Romanization). The meaning of "My five and limb five" is that my five refers to the five ambrosias. Limb five refers to the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and vajra grime. The meaning of "All parts are equalized" is that the senses, hands, etc., are equal, and others are taken as much as possible. "Drinking" refers to alcohol. "So-rtsi" refers to mixing So-rtsi with conch shell ash when eating it. "The remainder" is easy to understand. The meaning of "Blood with the mixture of torma" is that blood refers to menstrual blood. The mixture of torma refers to making the deity's mixture red in color. To show the recitation of that very mixture, it is said "The mantra is" etc. If asked "How to do it," it is said "Invite forth from my body," meaning that what is invited forth from my body is semen, which is mixed with it. The meaning of "How to make oneself happy" is that those who want to unite, mix menstrual blood and semen, abide in the red deity yoga, recite that mantra a hundred thousand times, and show that whoever it is given to will be controlled. Now, in order to show the classification of mudras by the classification of peaceful and other actions, it is said "Asceticism" etc. "Ascetic Mother" refers to a woman with skull asceticism. "Female Relative" refers to a female arrow maker, for the sake of destruction. "King" refers to a woman of royal lineage. "Lama" refers to a Brahmin woman. "Secret" refers to a dancer. Flesh-eater" refers to a meat seller, i.e., a butcher. "Fisherman" refers to a fisherman. The remainder is also easy to understand. Therefore, in "Because" etc., "Yoga" refers to peaceful and other actions. "Treatise" refers to mantra. "Grasping" refers to the collection of mudras that have just passed. "Adherence" refers to diligent practice. Now, in order to show the difference in foot binding, it is said "Furthermore" etc. "Foot binding" is, combined with "Should be explained." "It is a place for liberating sentient beings."

Standing is to liberate sentient beings. Also, abiding is the footstep, the footstep that liberates sentient beings. That itself is said, "The two are all gathered and move, That itself is called the mudra of binding." As it is said, the two are called skillful means and wisdom. All gathered means equally united. That itself is moving, to destroy all defilements. That itself is said, it is the non-inverted, non-dual wisdom. That itself is the mudra, to delight the mind. Binding is establishing. Some say it is the characteristic of equal footsteps, as it is said, all gathered means the two feet are gathered together. That itself is moving, to make obstacles move. Mudra is called the mudra of equal steps, so it is said. Equal steps and so on, equal steps means, the feet of skillful means and wisdom touch each other finger to finger. Some say that the tip of the right finger touches the tip of the left foot. Differentiated step means, from that, the left foot of wisdom is slightly contracted. Rounded step means, from the equal step, the knee is widened and extended. Three ༄། །The pressing step is from that equal step, the left of wisdom is raised upwards. Turtle step means the right foot presses the left foot. Right extension means the right is extended and the left is slightly contracted. Left extension is the opposite of that. Abiding in one means abiding in one, lifting one foot, entering equally with various postures, and turning like a wheel with one foot. Sitting is called the playful footstep, because it sits with the bliss of wisdom and skillful means. Throwing the foot means how to sit comfortably. The form of the offering tree means to eliminate fatigue, the upper and lower shanks of both skillful means and wisdom are straightened and entered equally. Knees pressed means squatting and sitting, placing the elbow on the knee, and embracing from the neck. The form of gathering means the two thighs are crossed.
