་པར་བྱའོ། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་དཔལ་བུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི། །སྙིང་ལ་དེ་རིང་ཡང་དག་ཞུགས། །གལ་ཏེ་ཚུལ་འདི་སྨྲས་འགྱུར་ན། །དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་དྲལ་ནས་འགྲོ། །དེས་ན་འདི་ནི་དམྱལ་བའི་ཆུ། །དམ་ཚིག་འདས་ན་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད། །དམ་ཚིག་བསྲུངས་ན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ནི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་བདུད་རྩི་ཆུ་འདིས་འགྲུབ། །ཅེས་པས་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །དེང་འདིར་གང་ཞིག་ཁ་ཅིག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཆུས། །ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་པ་རང་ཉིད་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག །མ་བསྐྱངས་གྱུར་ན་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་འདིའོ། །སྔགས་ནི་ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཨུ་ད་ཀ་ཋ་ཧཱུཾ། ཞེས་པས་ཁྱོར་བར་འཐུང་དུ་གཞུག་གོ །ཇི་ལྟར་ཁྱོད་དམ་ཚིག་དད་སྔོམ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འདི་རྟོགས་ནས་འཛིན་པར་འདོད་པ་དེ་ལྟར་གཟུང་བ་དེ་ལ་དཔལ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱའི། ཡེ་ཤེས་དེས་ཁྱེད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱང་ཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དངོས་གྲུབ་གཞན་ལྟ་སྨོས་ཀྱང་ཅི་དགོས་ཞེས་བསྟན་ནས་མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཕྲེང་བ་ངོར་བས་གང་ཞིག་ལ་མེ་ཏོག་ཕོག་པས་དེ་དག་གི་རིགས་ཏེ་མིང་གི་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་མིག་གཡོགས་དགྲོལ་བའི་སྔགས་འདིས་སོ། །ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་རཾ་ཡཾ་ཏིཪྻ་ཙཀྵོ་རོད་ཨུདྒྷ་ཊ་ན་ཏ་ཏྤ་ར་ཨུངྒྷ་ཊ་ཡ་ཏེ་སརྦ་ཨཀྵོ་བཛྲ་ཙྐྵུ་ཨུ་ཏ་རི། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྔགས་ནི་ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནེ་ཏྲ་ཡ་ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར་པ་ཊ་ལཾ་ཧྲི། འདི་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །དཀྱིལ་ ༄། །འཁོར་འདི་ཁྱོད་མཐོང་བ་ཡིས། །རིགས་ཀྱིས་སྐྱེ་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་དད་པར་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་བྱོས། །སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་བྱིན་བརླབས་ནས། །དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་དབང་བསྐུར་དོན། །སློབ་མ་རྗེ་བཙུན་བྱེད་རྣམས་ལ། །སློབ་དཔོན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བདག་བཟུང་བས། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་དགའ་བ་ཆེ། །མགོན་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བདག་གིས་ནི། །འདོད་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི། །ཐེག་པ་མི་ཕྱེད་ངོ་བོ་ཡི། །དམ་ཚིག་དེ་ཉིད་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱང་བདག་ལ་གསོལ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི། །སྐྱབས་གསུམ་དག་ཀྱང་བདག་ལ་གསོལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོའི་གྲོང་མཆོག་ཏུ། །མགོན་པོས་བདག་ནི་གཞུག་ཏུ་གསོལ། །དེས་ནི་འདི་དག་གི་གསལ་བ་གདབ་པའོ། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་དབོན་གྱིས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རིགས་ལྔའི་དམ་ཚིག་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང༌། །འདི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིགས་དག་པའི། །སྡོམ་པའི་ངོ་བོ་མི་ཕྱེད་པ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དག །བློ་ཆེན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གཟུང་བར་གྱིས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེ

The mantra is: Om Vajra Amrita Udaka Tha Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र अमṛत उदक ठः हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ vajra amṛta udaka ṭhaḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Ambrosia, Water, Phat, Hum). Thus, hold it in your hands and let him drink. Therefore, this is to establish these. (Tibetan) Then, the master gives the vows of the Five Buddha Families. (Tibetan) I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the Three Jewels. (Tibetan) This is the pure Buddha family (Tibetan), the indivisible nature of the precepts (Tibetan). Vajra bell, vajra, and mudras, etc. (Tibetan), please hold them, wise one (Tibetan). Bodhicitta (Tibetan)
