将毛发塞入肛门，用比自己金刚杵的尺寸长一指的毡网覆盖，并用蜂蜡封住。用丝绸束缚智慧的腰部，将一指长的金刚杵形象放入秘密莲花中，稍微收紧腰部向上。当进入两指左右时，稍微收紧。同样，稍微放入金刚杵，并收紧腰部。将一指放入身体的中间，并非常紧地收紧。用智慧自身将那一指向上推，使莲花向外翻转，阿瓦杜提（藏文：ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི，梵文天城体：अवधूत，梵文罗马拟音：Avadhūta，汉语字面意思：弃绝者）用一指使其向外出现，将其放入金刚杵的孔中，用如轮子般的结合方法放入并摩擦。通过这些口诀的力量，将会体验到如同典范的俱生花般的，大乐的自性，无二的智慧。在那之后，将心专注于轮、明点、交合或人妖的念诵，或者这四个口诀中的任何一个，回忆起之前的快乐，并学习如同意义的俱生花香般的大乐的自性，无二的智慧。在未入定时，即使在观修生起次第时，也要相信自己所见的一切都是自性大乐的显现。如同“我未见，行未见，三界亦从我生，乐为黄色，乐为白色，乐为红色，乐为绿色，如是处处生乐”的方式来学习。如果想要吸引具有功德的智慧，将三种果实、木橘、尼泊尔苹果、酸枣、博森恰、达特里克、巴利卡和两种舒克拉混合，这十一种药物等量混合，用其涂抹的鲜花交错放置。将狗骨、人骨和秃鹫粪便混合，涂抹在自己的额头上。不改变他人心意的方法是，将蝙蝠初四的粪便系上，用其药丸涂抹在自己的秘密金刚杵顶端，然后进行结合，这样就不会被他人改变心意。轮

Insert hair into the anus, cover it with a felt net one finger longer than the size of your own vajra, and seal it with beeswax. Bind the waist of wisdom with silk, and place a one-finger-long image of a vajra into the secret lotus, slightly tightening the waist upwards. When about two fingers enter, tighten slightly. Similarly, insert the vajra slightly and tighten the waist. Insert one finger into the middle of the body and tighten it very tightly. Push that one finger upwards with wisdom itself, causing the lotus to turn outwards, and the Avadhūta (Tibetan: ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanization: Avadhūta, Literal Chinese Meaning: Renouncer) causes it to appear outwards with one finger, placing it in the hole of the vajra, inserting and rubbing it with a wheel-like method of union. Through the power of these mantras, one will experience the great bliss of self-awareness, the non-duality of wisdom, like the co-emergent flower of example. After that, focus the mind on the wheel, bindu, union, or the recitation of a hermaphrodite, or any of these four mantras, remembering the previous bliss, and learn the great bliss of self-awareness, the non-duality of wisdom, like the fragrance of the co-emergent flower of meaning. Even when not in samadhi, even when meditating on the generation stage, one should believe that everything one sees is a manifestation of the nature of great bliss. Learn in the manner of "I have not seen, the act has not seen, the three realms also arise from me, bliss is yellow, bliss is white, bliss is red, bliss is green, thus bliss arises everywhere." If you want to attract wisdom with qualities, mix three fruits, wood apple, Nepali apple, jujube, Bosoncha, Datrik, Balika, and two Shukra, these eleven medicines mixed in equal parts, place the flowers smeared with it in a crisscross pattern. Mix dog bones, human bones, and vulture feces, and apply them to your forehead. The method of not changing the minds of others is to tie up the feces of a bat on the fourth day of the lunar month, apply its pellets to the tip of your secret vajra, and then engage in union, so that others will not change your mind. Methods for Preventing Conception ༄། །First, wash your hands thoroughly. Then, apply mercury and purple ore to the palms of your hands. Add a small amount of sesame oil, dip your hands in wine, and when they are semi-dry, apply it to your forehead. Then, place it in the Yositi area. Alternatively, grind two sho of red ochre into powder, mix it with sweet wine in the morning, and ingest it. Place the root of the chickpea plant wrapped in soil into an iron ladle. Alternatively, wrap the chickpea root around the waist. In the evening, wash the lotus with iron water. Boil brown sugar, sesame oil, salt, juniper berries, rice, and barley with milk. Place the penis in the residue of the strained sesame oil, then place it in the lotus and stir for a long time. Regarding the use of ram's grass: mix the root of ram's grass with camphor and apply it to the vajra. Mix half a tael of rock candy and ghee, and take it after meals. Eat one tael of rue meat, and drink boiled milk in moderation during intervals. Mix sesame oil, broad bean flour, and pea flour with milk and consume it. Mix fennel, cow's milk, and sweet wood with butter and drink it. Grind amalaki powder and sugar powder finely, put it into ewe's or goat's milk, stir, and drink it. The mantra for not breaking vows is: the Pratimoksha vows of a monk, at the time of generating Bodhicitta, transform into the vows of a Bodhisattva and remain as such. In general, if the vows of Tantra are broken, then the three vows will be destroyed. There are two types of transgressions of the Bodhisattva's vows and the vows of Tantra: natural transgressions and prohibited transgressions. Among them, natural transgressions include killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, and lying. The first two and the last of these four transgressions should be practiced in the Vinaya Pitaka of the Vidyadharas ༄། །, but they are not explained here. Sexual misconduct belongs to natural transgressions, so it is not explained in detail here. Non-celibacy belongs to prohibited transgressions, so it is those four transgressions.
