Written Cycle. Place the great, elaborate torma in the center and purify it with this mantra: Oṃ vajra-krodheśvara-sarva-tra-bya-ni-viśuddhaya-hūṃ-phaṭ (Oṃ, Vajra Wrathful Lord, all, clear, completely pure, Hūṃ, Phaṭ). Oṃ śrī-heruka-ākarṣya-ākarṣya-praveśaya-praveśaya-bandhaya-bandhaya-toṣaya-toṣaya-sarva-ḍākinīnāṃ-hṛdaya-jaḥ-hūṃ-vaṃ-hoḥ-hūṃ-phaṭ (Oṃ, Glorious Heruka, attract, attract, enter, enter, bind, bind, delight, delight, all Ḍākinīs, heart, born, Hūṃ, Vaṃ, Hoḥ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ), this is the mantra for summoning. Oṃ sumbhani-sumbha-hūṃ-hūṃ-phaṭ (Oṃ, subdue, subdue, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ). Oṃ gṛhṇa-gṛhṇa-hūṃ-hūṃ-phaṭ (Oṃ, take, take, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ). Oṃ gṛhṇāpaya-gṛhṇāpaya-hūṃ-hūṃ-phaṭ (Oṃ, cause to take, cause to take, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ). Oṃ ānaya-ho-bhagavan-vajra-hūṃ-phaṭ (Oṃ, bring, ho, Lord, Vajra, Hūṃ, Phaṭ), this is the mantra for offering the torma. Oṃ dūte-ki-agra-sampra-tīccha-svāhā (Oṃ, messenger, its, top, completely, receive, Svāhā). After praising with the three syllables Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, place it on the ground until the food is eaten. Oṃ khakha-khāhi-khāhi-ucchiṣṭa-bhakṣa-svāhā (Oṃ, eat, eat, leftovers, eat, Svāhā), this is the mantra for the leftover torma. Everything should be done one by one at the appropriate time. When drinking alcohol, purify the syllable Oṃ with the left hand, increase the syllable Āḥ with the right hand, cover with a mudrā, ignite the syllable Hūṃ, and transform it into nectar with the Garuḍa mudrā of the syllable Ho. Holding the drop of alcohol, use the tip of the left hand's ring finger to make the source of Dharma on the ground, and make a round drop in its center. In its center, contemplate the thirty-seven deities and the wheel of wisdom equal to Pratītyasamutpāda, and satisfy them. Afterwards, offer the torma to the field protectors and so on. Afterwards, perform the karma mudrā with the five families. In the center of its lotus, contemplate the syllable dya. For one's own essence, contemplate the hero at the crown, and enter into samādhi with the yoga of one's own yidam. Recite the mantra Oṃ sarva-tathāgata-anurāgaṇa-vajra-svabhāva-ātmako'haṃ (Oṃ, all Tathāgatas, love, Vajra, nature, self). In this way, one will become the lord of desires. By the power of the wisdom recitation and the power of the wisdom mudrā's contemplation, one will gain the ability to perform extraordinary actions on the physical body. Thus, through the contemplation of the two mudrās, the practitioner will become a vessel capable of holding all the worldly siddhis. This is also the first

这里所说的气味,是月亮气息的运行,上下为la la nā'o(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)。水是沉重的,是太阳气息的运行,上下为ra sa nā'o(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)。中间是指种子和微尘,罗睺和时火的气息运行,上下为a ba dhū tī'o(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)。

The Bhagavan Buddha said: If you want the accomplishment of enjoyment, you should accomplish it with the karma mudra. At the ultimate end of Akanishta, with the form, consciousness, and wisdom mudra. The great yogi knows everything, meditate on the limbs of the great mudra. After accomplishing immutable bliss, one will become a Buddha in this very life. Therefore, the accomplishment of the karma mudra and the wisdom great mudra is more important than the lama. That accomplishment of the great mudra bestows all the qualities of the Buddha who knows everything, it should be meditated upon. The arising of breath is the supreme intermediate, and also with the water of scent. Here, scent refers to the movement of the moon's breath, up and down as la la nā'o Water is heavy, it is the movement of the sun's breath, up and down as ra sa nā'o Intermediate refers to the movement of the breath of seeds and dust, Rahu, and the fire of time, up and down as a ba dhū tī'o If this changing breath descends by the power of yoga, it is called the supreme intermediate arising of breath. That which bestows the accomplishment of the great mudra is that very supreme immutable bliss. The semen connected with the upper and lower moon and sun, and the channels of feces and urine, and the channels of dust, Rahu, and the fire of time, becoming of the same taste, holding the four drops of bodhicitta, body, speech, and mind becoming one, the five-pointed vajra above and below. The nature of coemergent joy, abandoning the grasper and the grasped, the arising of the breath of the great Vajradhara, free from the causes of karma mudra and so on, the yogi arising from meditating on the great mudra, the self-aware wisdom becoming mixed with the object and the senses, igniting the tummo fire in the navel, burning the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, dripping the nectar of the melting moon on the forehead, without change, ascending upwards, the wheel of the coemergent body mandala arising from the supreme immutable, and so on, free from conceptualization, not abiding in samsara and nirvana, blessed by mantra and mudra, the lama.
