Such a teacher, in such a place, to such an assembly of retinue, was asked by such an inquirer, and thus this Dharma was taught. Therefore, without a doubt, there may also be differences in meaning here, in order to make the beings to be tamed, the listeners, etc., extremely respectful towards hearing, etc. The narration of the qualities of the cause will also become a manifestation of the excellent qualities of the result, just as when performing activities such as cooking, the qualities of the accomplisher, etc., are praised. However, only the teacher should be narrated here, and is also the narrator. Thus it is said: In the 'King of Two Examinations Sutra,' it says, 'The speaker is me, the Dharma is also me, the listener with his own retinue is me.' Therefore, the narrator and the narrated, as well as the connection, necessity, and its necessity, etc., should also be narrated. Among them, the tantra with thirty-three chapters is the narrator. The Bhagavan glorious Hevajra, with the nature of two stages with limbs, with the nature of cause and effect, is the narrated. The nature of the narrator and the narrated by them is the connection. In the continuum of the beings to be tamed, understanding the meaning of the tantra is the necessity of the treatise. Gradually abandoning the two obscurations, being beneficial to all sentient beings, therefore accomplishing the Mahamudra, is the necessity of the necessity, this is the summarized meaning. The meaning of the limbs should also be narrated, as it is said, just as it will be explained, without deficiency or excess, this shows that the compiler himself has obtained the dharani. I heard, etc., in order to show that it was heard from reality, in order to eliminate the necessity of reversal, in order to show the meaning of what was said. Or, precisely what was heard, that is, what I have directly seen, is not self-made, this shows the extreme depth of the Dharma. Or, I temporarily heard it said like this, others may also say it in other ways, because the types of Dharma taught by the Bhagavan will enter in various ways due to special faith.

The term "at one time" refers to a single instant, as taught by the Bhagavan and heard by me. This indicates the attainment of an inconceivable gateway to liberation. Alternatively, "one's time is this, another's time is another" means extensive hearing. Or, just one time, hearing in this way, and never at other times, which clearly demonstrates the rarity of encountering the Dharma. The term "Bhagavan" signifies possessing qualities such as power and having vanquished the maras of afflictions. This indicates that the perfectly complete and pure accumulations of merit and wisdom are thoroughly understood, the perfection of one's own benefit is supreme and ultimate, and thus possessing the ability to accomplish all the benefits of others, being a true teacher. The term "all" refers to everything, and also the Tathagatas. It refers to their bodies, speech, and mind emanations, as well as the Dharma and Sambhogakaya. That itself is the nature of great bliss and also its cause, the bhaga of Vajrayogini. Alternatively, the body, speech, and mind vajras of all the Tathagatas are the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, his yogini and his bhaga. Or, that itself is bhaga, that is, in that place. The nature of the collection of all consorts is a word of multitude. In either way, it refers to being within the palace situated in the place of Dharma origin. By the place of the play of the supreme Dharma, joy, and bliss, the perfection of the place is fully shown. To greatly show the perfection of the retinue, it is said "noble," etc., that is, being noble because of acting far from sinful dharmas. To make all rejoice in the Buddha's Dharma with samadhi, etc., is the noble Ananda. "Etc." refers to those who are the first of those who are free from desire, and so it is. The retinue of those people initially, that is, the assembly of Bodhisattvas such as the noble Avalokiteśvara, and so it is. Just as the Shravakas

Here, those who have been given sectarian authority enter, for the sake of thoughts free from desire, and also for those of inferior wisdom. It is said: A monk dwells in meditation, anyone who delights in debate, anyone who dwells on the basis of old age, do not show him that very thing. If someone says that, it should be answered: These are actually Bodhisattva-emanated Shravakas, not actual Shravakas. As it is said, in the Unsurpassed Secret Yoga Tantra, Ananda is Samantabhadra and so on. Therefore, it can be understood from the manifestation of the Bodhisattva retinue. Why is it shown separately again? This is so that practitioners on the path of mantra are recognized as supreme monks. Thus, it is also said: One should become a Vajra-holding monk, he is the supreme subduer of the unruly. Vajrapani also said: In relation to the teachers of householders and novices, the Bhikshu teacher is supreme. It is also reasonable to prohibit those of inferior wisdom who are particularly interested only in the Shravaka vehicle. Eighty crore, although it is countless, it also shows the number of the main ones. A yogi is one who equally combines wisdom and means, that is, the samadhi of uniting calm abiding and insight. Those who have it are the powerful ones, because they have attained excellence. What is said is the perfect questioner. Vajrapani, like a mirror and so on, is the Vajra representing the samadhi of the nature of the five wisdoms, which is in his hand like the palm of his hand. Smiling represents the intention of the teacher, that is, the intention that the Tathagatas want to show, in order not to leave the retinue in neutrality, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, show the signs. For example, when showing the Noble Wisdom Paramita, like the manifestation of the three signs of looking at the Noble Maitreya, the radiating of light, and the clear characteristics of smiling. Although there are Noble Avalokiteshvara and so on, Vajrapani
