The root is the root of the wind, which is related to what is called meditation. The end of the wind has a root. The end of the wind means the top of the wind. The root is the seed of the wind, yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:Yang), and it should be associated with it. The root seeds are the seed hi (藏文,梵文天城体:हि,梵文罗马拟音:hi,汉语字面意思:Hey) and the seed kaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:कं,梵文罗马拟音:kaṃ,汉语字面意思:Kang). Straightening means reversing and alternating up and down. Therefore, it is said that in the center of the wind wheel in the heart, meditate on the seed hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hong), and also place two seeds yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:Yang) above and below the wind. In the center of these two, contemplate the root seeds hi (藏文,梵文天城体:हि,梵文罗马拟音:hi,汉语字面意思:Hey) and ka (藏文,梵文天城体:क,梵文罗马拟音:ka,汉语字面意思:Ga). When the wind rises upwards, think of the seed yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:Yang) above and hi (藏文,梵文天城体:हि,梵文罗马拟音:hi,汉语字面意思:Hey) below. Similarly, think of the seed ka (藏文,梵文天城体:क,梵文罗马拟音:ka,汉语字面意思:Ga) above and the seed yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:Yang) below. When the wind burns downwards, one should observe the opposite. The wind wheel below propels with sound and sound. The term "below" indicates proximity, i.e., above and below. "Propelling" means drawing the wind wheel up and down. With what? With sound and sound, i.e., repeatedly reciting the mantra of hi (藏文,梵文天城体:हि,梵文罗马拟音:hi,汉语字面意思:Hey) and ka (藏文,梵文天城体:क,梵文罗马拟音:ka,汉语字面意思:Ga), drawing it up and down, and after becoming accustomed to it, finally releasing it from the desired path. This habit should be practiced about twenty-one times. In order to explain that one should know when to transfer, it is said that when the time is ripe, etc. It should be done when the time of death is ripe, as indicated by the signs of death, otherwise it is not. Otherwise, what fault would there be? One would become a killer of the gods out of season. That is to say, one's own aggregates and body are the nature of the gods, and one would become the killer of them. What would happen then? The gods, etc., are easy to understand. It is said to tie up white hair, yogis, etc. What was said before refers to the great bliss wheel on the head, with thirty-two petals. The term "blue" refers to the blue letter haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hang) there, from which a stream of nectar flows. Meditation is the remaining part. The term "perfect bliss" refers to the place that gives bliss to the yogi, in order to give bliss such as longevity and freedom from disease. The term "eat the root above".

The root of the lotus is the characteristic of the lotus itself, because the root is planted above. What is to be eaten is to enjoy its nectar. Another way of saying it is: "Having water and sprouts." and so on. Among them, "water" refers to bodhicitta. "Sprouts" refers to manure. "The nectar on the left" refers to the flower. "After mixing" refers to mixing these three substances in equal parts, and then eating them regularly at dawn. Some say: "The root above" refers to the meat of an animal born in August. Mix it with flowers and other substances and eat it. If you eat it, you can pacify and increase. That is to say, you can accomplish external pacifying and other activities. Or pacify diseases and so on, and increase life and age and so on. "Combination" refers to taking the essence. "Eliminate aging and gray hair." Among them, "aging" refers to wrinkles and so on. "Gray hair" refers to white hair. Regarding the method of achieving flight in the sky, "Goddess" and so on, "reversing again" refers to a word that indicates another way. "Through the distinction of wind and fire." Among them, "wind" refers to the wind wheel. "Fire" refers to the fire wheel, and visualizing them separately as bow-shaped and triangular is the distinction. "Remember the foot wheel." Among them, "foot" refers to under the foot. "Remember" refers to visualization. "Combine with the mind in complete tranquility." It means that one's own body is only light, the body is selfless, and one should visualize it as an illusion. Regarding the fruit of flying in the sky, "All of the Dakinis" and so on, it is easy to understand. Regarding the inner speech accomplishment, "again" and so on, "reversing from the rule" refers to as mentioned before. "Visualize a white lotus." It means to visualize a white lotus in the heart of the practitioner to be cultivated, and place the seed syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) of consciousness on it, as mentioned before, in the manner of the seed of Caṇḍālī, in one's own heart also place the seed syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in the same way, and stimulate it, and with its rays of light, seize the consciousness of the practitioner to be cultivated, and place it in one's own heart.
