That is adorned on top of it. That is the form of 'Cha Dad Cha'. The word 'Cha' means life. The form of 'Cha' is the nature of counting, meaning it abides in the counting of breaths. The term 'abiding cluster' means gathering sentient beings. 'Abiding' means closely abiding by it. It means that the incarnate body closely abides by the effort of benefiting beings. Those two wheels are also to be known as the nature of supreme joy and universal joy. Those are to show the training of the body in order to meditate on the upward transference through Tummo yoga. Now, in order to show the other second training, the door training, it says, 'Then' and so on. 'Then' means after the body training. 'The edge of the place should be purified.' 'Place' means the body, because it is the vessel of happiness and suffering. 'Edge' means the inside, the inner doors. 'Of' is the sixth case of connection. 'Otherwise' means apart from the two trainings, if one is separated from the two trainings, it will not become the fruit of upward transference, that is the meaning. That second training is spoken of, starting with 'filling'. 'Filling the body with filling' means inhaling the breath like a disease, drawing it from the throat to the end of the navel, as far as possible, and when it is not possible, gradually

Third, it is said, "Dispersion," and so on. Dispersion is the gradual extension of the breath from the nostrils to a distance of twelve fingers. "Becoming various dusts" means that having become like that, all kinds of things are made into its nature. The breath should be exhausted, spread outwards, and released for a long time. This is the characteristic of dispersion. It should be known that through the characteristic of dispersion, the eight gates gradually close, and it will be easy to transfer from the upper gate. Fourth, it is said, "Extremely pacified," and so on. After having fully spread outwards, one should neither continue to spread nor retract, but focus on the tip of the eyes and nose. Remaining with all the gates closed is the characteristic of extreme pacification. "Becoming pacified" means that through extreme pacification, the breath is controlled, and the breath becomes comfortable. At that time, one will obtain the result of transference from whichever gate one desires. Now, having practiced internally as previously explained, one should practice other external methods. In order to explain the ritual of seizing consciousness and going elsewhere, "Consciousness," and so on, are spoken. "Ritual" means the key instructions for those actions. "External" is related to "The wise should practice."

English
That is, the meaning of thinking in the body and thinking in the mind. In the phrase "the yogi," the yogi is a practitioner who concentrates his mind in such a way. The difference is due to the difference in seeds. Recite by arising and entering. "Arising" means radiating outward. "Entering" means gathering inward, that is, reciting these two. How should it be done? "The arising is the seed of wisdom." The seed of wisdom is the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the lotus in the heart. Because it arises, it should be combined with the phrase "think with mindfulness." Moreover, the seed of fierce fire, endowed with blazing light, by the nature of being ignited by wind and fire, strikes the lotus in the heart with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and one should repeatedly think of it turning upwards. What else should be done? "Entering into the consciousness of the heart." Thus, having struck with arising, the seed Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the consciousness in the heart, by its very arising, should be thought of as drawing and propelling between the throat and the crown of the head, and then again, by entering, it should be thought of as turning downwards and coming to the heart. "Strike like a flower" means that just as a Kāśīka flower is moved by the wind, so too is the lotus in the heart. ༄། །The meaning is that the wind repeatedly shows it upwards and turns it downwards. In order to show what a yogi who is accustomed to such recitation does to the external environment of his own consciousness, the phrase "the yogi" and so on is spoken. "Having recited arising" means the recitation of arising and entering, the intervening words being unmanifest. "Self" means consciousness. "Doing to the external environment" means sending it outwards. By what? By the characteristic of arising and entering. That is, by reciting with arising that possesses entering. How is it? "That very nature enters equally." That is, the yogi meditates on equality. What is it? That very nature, the very nature of consciousness and wind. Thus, just as the very nature of consciousness is naturally clear light, so too should the wind be meditated upon as being inseparable from it and clear light. Or else, entering and arising are equal, that is, they should be made one. What is the answer?
