It is to protect from the demons of fear. (The end) Next is the yoga of accumulating merit: In one's own heart is Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrih), from which arises an eight-petaled lotus. In its center, from Ma arises a sun disc. Above that, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is the supreme reality itself. From this, bright rays of various colors emanate, pervading the ten directions. Inviting the Buddhas who are the self-nature of the five wisdoms and the pacification of afflictions, confessing sins, rejoicing in merits, taking refuge, and so forth, praying for blessings. Then, in order to delight the five realms of space, seeing the five supreme mandalas: Seeing all sixty-two deities of the Chakrasamvara, pervaded by the forms of wrathful deities. The main deities are the five Buddhas, and the retinue is the sixty-two Bodhisattvas, and the five families. Bodhicitta is the form of Chakrasamvara, possessing the characteristics of the main Guru. Seeing the twelve various goddesses, then the father yogi, according to what is said in the twenty-sixth chapter, offers with eight or sixteen or twenty goddesses, prostrates to the Guru and the mandala, and remembers without forgetting. The assembly of Buddhas' emanations, and the light of the five wisdoms of the wrathful kings shining, generating the forms of yogis and sentient beings of the six realms and abiding, this is the confession of sins. Rejoicing in this is rejoicing. Then, visualizing the rays upwards, pervading the entire sky, the supreme mandalas of the five Buddhas abiding in it, gathering them into the heart, until the essence of enlightenment, taking refuge in the Three Jewels, this is entering into the heart. The Buddha is the main deity, the Sangha is the retinue, the Yiga syllable in the heart is the Dharma. Just like oneself, all sentient beings enter into the hearts of the five Buddhas, this is called abiding in that state. There, the practitioner prays, saying: Urging to turn the wheel of Dharma, praying not to pass into Nirvana. Offering the body and dedicating the roots of virtue is: Always taking refuge. Thus, the yoga of accumulating merit has been explained. If the five aggregates, twelve sources, and eighteen elements are visualized as deities, then due to the attachment to self and other, this ignorant aggregate will devour the sources and
