From the fifty-second to the sixty-third, there are ten chapters. ༄༅། །The sixth chapter explains the common wheel of Dharma. From the sixty-fourth to the seventieth chapter, it explains the wheel of Dharma with the distinctions of the four activities. Having explained the condensed meaning in this way, it explains the meaning of the branches. The meaning of the branches is to explain "Thus I have heard," etc. What is said in the forty-fourth chapter of the tantra explained here is combined with that, and is not taken up here. In the palace of the Willow Grove, the collector Vajrapani spread out five hundred upper garments as a seat. The sutra of the Most Excellent Wheel of Dharma of the Noble Samantabhadra. Where did the Sugata speak it? Great wisdom, speak of it! Vajradhara, speak of it! After praying in this way, the collector began the introductory words, "Thus I have heard." Among them, "Thus" is the consciousness of Vajrapani's mind, appearing without addition or subtraction, without slander, to the words of the tantra, called ཨེ་ཝཾ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Evam, Thus). "I" means that I alone have heard it, not through transmission, not through retinue, not through emanation, not through sending a message, thus cutting off the four. Hearing means that it was not done by one's own realization, but heard from the Buddha's words, showing that it is dependent on others. Also, when did the retinue hear it? From which teacher did they hear it? Where did they hear it? With which retinue did they hear it together? What Dharma was heard being taught? In answer to these five questions, the beginning of the tantra is proclaimed. "At one time" means that at one time in conventional truth this was heard, and at other times other things were heard. Therefore, it shows that much was heard. In ultimate truth, the meaning of the tantra is realized in one instant at the end of time through limitless gates of liberation. That is also said: The great wise one, with all the aspects of the seers, at once that. The Bhagavan is the one who has conquered the four maras, or possesses the six, such as Isvara. The place where it was heard is, of all the Tathagatas, in all directions, at all times, the manifestation of the five wisdoms, the five families. The wheel of Dharma of that, the Vajra Wrathful Dakini, is the twenty-four heroes. The hosts of Dakinis are thirty.
