Mixing the dried powder of the ziva flower with the juice of the jambu tree fruit, moistening it with well water, and placing it in a lotus vessel will make the water appear like the moon. The phrase "to seize all odors" means that if you mix the powder of the katakaranya tree fruit with the bark of the naga tree and fumigate the back of the neck, it will seize the odor. In the same way, it can seize all odors from flowers, tree fruits, and so on. By fumigating flowers and incense with this, the odors can be transferred to each other as desired. The meaning of "gathering by going to the face of the sky-goers" and so on is this: that such a wheel, adorned with the moon, which is devoid of nagas, with the names of good men and women placed in between, written carefully with vermillion on the star Krittika, having made a great offering, and uniting oneself with the glorious Heruka, completely contemplating oneself as one's own consort, the sow-faced one, and remaining in union with non-duality, reciting mantras throughout the night, if one holds it, the king of knowledge himself will gather like a host of his own women. This explains the meaning of "goddess of the moon's gathering." "Going to the face of the sky-goers" means that by raising both legs above the knees, in the center of the blooming lotus, going to the face from the fully opened red channel, one gathers. He himself is the essence of the family of all the Tathagatas, the best of men, glorious and blazing with marks. The glory that has gone into his hand cannot be taken away by anyone. He is the wheel-turning king, unsurpassed by all beings, glorious, long-lived, healthy, and endowed with perfection. "Killing by remembrance" means that such a wheel is combined with the mandala of the sun, and in between, the names of poison, salt, and throat are written, and an image is made with the ashes and charcoal of the cemetery, and the object to be killed is remembered. There, after hooking and inserting, then in the cemetery

Into the dug ground, one should pierce the heart with a peg made of human bone. If hot water is poured into it and the mantra is recited wrathfully, death will occur in seven days. The meaning of 'to generate fire' is to place oneself in the samadhi of a garland of blazing flames, having raised the fierce one. If one thinks of being carried away by the south wind to wherever one desires, it will disappear there. The meaning of 'to completely destroy underground' is to raise a single-pointed vajra, recite it correctly, and strike the ground, causing it to crack open. The meaning of 'to cause hail to fall' is to soak a twig of oleander, recite it correctly, and throw it in the direction the wind is blowing, causing hail to fall wherever desired. The meaning of 'to generate lightning with memory' and so on, is easy to understand if done as described. The meaning of 'recite once over charcoal from a cemetery' is that on the eighth and fourteenth days of the dark fortnight, the charcoal from the sacrificial firewood used to burn corpses, extinguished with water that causes madness, contains poison and salt. Therefore, on a cloth from a cemetery, draw a wheel located in the center of the sun. Make an image from the ashes of the cemetery, insert the name into its heart, and then pierce it. Then perform summoning and so on, offer a large amount of guggul incense, and while reciting the mantra, grasp the name of whoever it is, recite it once on the ground and strike it, causing that person to fall immediately. The meaning of 'recite completely over ashes from a cemetery' is to draw that same wheel with the materials of the ritual and with a twig of flesh-eating wood on the heart of the flesh-eater as described, and then with the ashes recited as mentioned, recite the name of whoever it is and strike, causing the flesh-eater to seize them. The meaning of 'charcoal from a cemetery' is, according to the order previously mentioned, on the day of the Bhauma constellation, on a Varura wooden board or wall, in a secluded place, in the center of the signs of whatever planets, draw a wheel with the name of the one to be acted upon inserted in the middle. If a large amount of guggul incense is offered, then that person will be seized by those great planets. If all of these are washed with milk and a pacifying mantra is recited, then they will be revived. The meaning of 'on a twig of Atimukta' is to make an image of the one to be acted upon with red sandalwood powder, a decaying creeper
