With earth and cow-yellow, draw a moon-wheel on the cloth of the cemetery, draw the wheel as previously described, and place it in its center. Smear with fragrant water and perform summoning, etc. Then, on a twig of Atimukta, place the name of the one to be accomplished in the middle, and recite the mantra seven times. That twig should also be red, naked, with hair unbound, trembling, and dripping with bodhicitta. Like a lion king, inflict the body, pull it to the foot with the noose of breath, and if struck on someone, after seven days, they will be drawn away by the power of the wind. The meaning of reciting once on a tile, etc., is that on a tile from a non-dead person, draw the center of a sun-wheel with camphor or calamus, write the name of who it is in the middle, and place it in the cemetery or at a crossroads, dig about a cubit deep, thinking that the face is facing down. Strike a tile seven times, and that person will become stiff until they die. To go wherever one wants, is to write the name with tears and crow's blood, on a leaf carried by the wind, with a crow's feather pen. Throw it into the air, and it will go to the place one wants. If stiffness occurs, washing with milk will restore normalcy. The meaning of reciting once on guggul, etc., is as follows: The five meats and fat of a black goat, and large guggul, are all made into equal parts, and soaked in alcohol. Mix it at the time of offering, recite it once, offer incense, and then sit down. By merely smelling the scent there, they will descend immediately. The meaning of reciting once on the hand, etc., is as follows: With a twig pen of the Ashoka tree, draw that kind of wheel on the cloth of the cemetery, draw it separately from the nagas. Write the letter 'E' in the center, write the name to be protected inside, place it in the middle of the root mantra, offer it well, and place it in a clean corner of the room, and all the demons will become stiff. It will transfer to the belly of where one wants to go, that is, on the cloth of the cemetery, in the center of that kind of wheel, write the name of the one to be accomplished, and place it in the middle. Mix the earth and ashes of a burned woman, and red sandalwood powder.

From the elevated place, make an image of the object to be accomplished, and perform summoning and so on. Place it in the heart and offer it properly. Take a cubit-length branch of the karavira tree, put it in the burning fire of a woman's corpse, and take it out before it is burned. Recite the King of Knowledge once, remember what it is, and if you rotate it on the head, it will summon; if you pat it on the stomach, it will transfer from the stomach. Then, with the eight-legged mantra, it is said that the actions come from the eight gurus, that is, in the center of the sky, draw a moon mandala, the wheel of body, speech, and mind, and in the center, the great bliss eight-petaled lotus, with stamens and... Surrounded by a chain of vajras, lotuses, and wheels, and the center is surrounded by a chain of various vajras. However, adorned with a collection of white, red, and blue lights, with the light of actions. With such rituals, the lords of the power of heroes, write the name of the object to be accomplished in the center as it is, so it is the great protection that protects everything, unparalleled. Plague and bloating disease, poison and, diseases and dakini's demonic possession, demons and heretics, and any demonic obstacles, those, even the shadow does not dare to tread, how can it cling to his body? It is said like this. Also, like the image of a rabbit, if you look at these letters, you can dispel the demonic obstacles of the ten directions. White can pacify, black can kill in an instant, red can subdue, so summoning does not eat demons either. Yellow makes stiff, the objects are elephants, horses, and people. It is said like this. Whoever does not know this mantra, etc., the meaning is like this: Whoever does not understand the essence of the great tantra, the glorious Heruka and Vajrayogini, etc., the ultimate secret and very secret unsurpassed mantra, because it is extremely hidden, so they do not understand. Those who have not made the guru very happy, and who are not yogis but claim to be yogis, although they want the fruit of the mantra's accomplishment, they abandon this mantra and do not get its fruit.

It will not be attained. Why is that? For example, some foolish people beat chaff that is devoid of fruit, and although they have faith in wanting to obtain fruit, because it is completely inverted and wrong, they are utterly frustrated and do not find that fruit. Therefore, one should take the true ultimate of what is desired from the Vajra Guru, and if one practices and recites as desired, then this mantra will bless and bestow fruit. These are the explanations of the ninth chapter from the commentary on the glorious Heruka Chakrasamvara, called "The Place of Methods of Accomplishment." Chapter Nine: Explanation of the Ritual Procedures for the Actions of the Root Mantra.
