The wheels of the mandala, etc., are what is to be expressed here. Some believe that the characteristics of the expresser and the expressed are related. Others say that the characteristics of the method and what arises from the method are related. Entering the mandala, etc., up to the secret empowerment is the purpose. The venerable Kongkana believes that obtaining its fruit later is the purpose. The number of fortunate ones is perfect and complete enlightenment, which is the purpose, and benefiting all beings is the purpose above the purpose. The word "then" is a commonly used particle, so after the methods of practice of other Chakravartins, this method of practice is taught, which is consistent with the unedited text. Or, the word "then" means to master auspicious things. That is, it is auspicious depending on the previous nature, or as it is said, it is to explain what is to be mastered. Therefore, the word "then" and the word "therefore" are the order of the treatise and the meaning of logic. The so-called "secret" is what is accomplished by uniting method and wisdom. Or, Vajra, Padma, and Bodhicitta, these three are secret. That is, "ra is Vajra," "the letter ha is Padma," "the seed of both is syam," as it is said. The letter ra is like the tip of a Vajra. The letter ha is like a bird's beak. The correct combination of sa and ya is the image of the seed of both. That is, it is the last part of syam na hi da sra ba ne that is removed. The venerable Kongkana said so. The fortunate ones believe that acting with vows, etc., all these actions to be performed as Tantric practices, should be concealed from the Shravakas, etc., therefore it is called secret. In order to clarify how to explain, it is said "in short," because it is very brief. That is, in the Tantra equal to space, there is a very extensive explanation. To clarify that meaning itself.

Therefore, the statement "not for expansion" is made. Alternatively, it is not concise. Then what is it? It is said to be extensive. Like the tantras that are equal to the sky, the scriptures are extensive, but this is extensive in meaning. That is to say, it is said in order to explain the three wheels (Dharmachakras) that possess the nature of the three realms. The venerable Konkana said so. If saying "concise" and "not extensive" is a repetitive fault, then, although it has been said "concise" etc. for those yogis who like extreme conciseness, because they do not understand the meaning of concise, it is said "not extensive" in order to make them completely believe in these meanings. The so-called "concise" is to show that here one should accept emptiness and the Bodhicitta of the nature of non-duality of compassion. The so-called "not extensive" is because it is free from all afflictive actions of body, speech, and mind, thereby showing the principle of complete enlightenment in the manner of perfecting all desired enjoyments. Or it can be connected as "not concise," because it is to explain all the empowerments of heroes and heroines. The so-called "not extensive" is to explain that all the lineages of heroes and heroines' empowerments are the empowerments of heroes and heroines. Just as it is said below: The Dakinis are twenty-four, truly born from the lineage of the Sow Mother. Or again, "not concise" refers to the generation stage. "Not extensive" refers to the completion stage. Just as it is said: Relying on the second stage, he shows the tantra of Vajradhara. Or again, "not concise" is to show all the accumulations of merit through vows, conduct, etc. The so-called "not extensive" is to show all the accumulations of wisdom through "the union of wisdom and means as it is." Or again, "it is concise" because the text is short. The so-called "not extensive" refers to the generation stages of all yoga tantras such as the glorious Guhyasamaja, which are all here.

Kālika believes that this is because it has already been explained in the generation stage. Regarding the special words of secrecy, Kongkana said that it is the four words "Glorious Heruka True Union." Kālika believes that it is precisely the words of Glorious Heruka True Union that make it special. The word "Glorious" is a word of offering, and the Heruka who becomes the main deity of glory is the Glorious Heruka. Because it is truly united, it is a True Union. Other teachers say that the characteristic is to be single-mindedly focused on the form of Glorious Heruka. The meaning of True Union is to become non-dual with one's own awareness, and Kālika believes that the characteristic of the true union of Vajra and Padma is the special nature of skillful means and wisdom. Or, because it has the nature of the three realms of existence, it is called Heruka, which is an expression of the three letters. Kongkana believes that all dharmas are free from cause, all dharmas are free from discrimination, and all dharmas have no abode, which is Heruka. Kālika believes that either because it has the nature of the three bodies, or because the three wheels are completely pure, or because it is free from the three stains, or because it understands the three times, or because it manifests the three vehicles, or because it manifests the three jewels, or because body, speech, and mind are completely pure, it is called Heruka. Or, "Glorious" refers to great compassion, and Heruka refers to wisdom. Or, "Glorious" refers to wisdom, and Heruka refers to skillful means, Kālika believes that because it has the nature of merit and wisdom, it is the perfectly enlightened Buddha, as Kālika thinks. "Accomplishing all desires" means that all desires refer to all manifest desires, having the characteristic of obtaining the hopes in the minds of the worldly and the transcendent. It itself is the meaning, that is, what is needed. The one who accomplishes it is the Bhagavan, so it should be done. Or, because it is both desire and all, it is called all desires.
