Just after thinking for a moment, completely abandoning the hustle and bustle, do not separately contemplate the self-nature of body, feelings, realms, and senses. If you feel tired of "realm and in the realm," go outside, carefully study the characteristics of the messenger, and enter the asceticism of the Buddha. By mixing well with the female messengers, by the status of the Great Seal, the unsurpassed and supreme Bodhi will be attained without effort. What is called swiftness is that the clear light wisdom becomes pure. Always be called a yogi. By this wealth of meditation, if the jewel of the mind always changes, it will be blessed, and the Buddha's Bodhi will completely abide. A sixteen-year-old girl should be taken and adorned with all ornaments. After finding a beautiful-faced, long-eyed woman, practice the asceticism of wisdom. With great asceticism, in the four periods, always perform secret offerings. In six months, all of this will be accomplished, and here you will not be harmed by demons. Food should always be consumed. What is called entering the Great Seal is the collection of all foods. For all castes, it is a universal practice, and it should be regarded as the only caste. Just as gold is refined by fire, so too, food is blessed by mantras. oṃ sarva vajra kāmini sarva bhakṣa śodhaya guhya vajriṇi hūṃ svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་མི་ཎི་སརྦ་བྷཀྵ་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་གུ་ཧྱ་བཛྲི་ཎི་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व वज्र कामिनि सर्व भक्ष शोधय गुह्य वज्रिणि हूँ स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva vajra kāmini sarva bhakṣa śodhaya guhya vajriṇi hūṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, vajra, desire woman, all, food, purify, secret, vajra woman, hum, svaha.) Mixing the immortal nectar and honey together, drinking it is a supreme medicine, far from old age and death. Young and healthy, possessing splendor, with a beautiful face, becoming the lord of the desire realm and beings. With that indivisible, in order to accomplish the two female messengers. What is called for empowerment is that the two mudras, fully equipped with all ornaments, should be perfected. One is for the meaning of giving the secret, and the second is for the meaning of wisdom and intelligence. In this way, after giving the permission of the Tathagata's exhalation and the great Vajradhara's exhalation, then giving the solitary messenger, the great self-master himself should accomplish the meaning of the Great Seal of the ascetic body. In this way, the great secret and supreme of all the Tathagatas is also correctly given as a secret.

This shows the new empowerment obtained through the lineage of the Guru's oral instructions arising from the place, which is called "Wisdom, Truth, Complete Body Born," truly spoken by the Yoginis, worthy of homage by all Buddhas. The so-called "rising early in the morning" comes from the transformation of luminosity. The scripture says, "With one's own hands, constantly use the scriptures that abide on the body." Here, "limbs" refers to the extremely small parts, namely the five nectars such as Bodhicitta. This is to dispel all obstacles. This is to constantly use, and to increase merit and wisdom. The scriptures are the characteristics of the Yoga scriptures, and constant use is universal application. The scripture says, "Purifying the body, etc.," this is through meditating on the Yoga of the deity. That is, one should contemplate oneself in this order: form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness, transformed by བྷྲཱུཾ་ཨཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ་ཧོཿ་ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Bhrum, Am, Hrih, Hoh, Hum) into Vairochana, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, Amoghasiddhi, and Akshobhya. All Tathagatas transformed into oneself are the glorious Heruka, represented by the letter "Hi." Eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind, transformed by ཨོཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཏྲཱཾ་ཨཱཾ་ཁཾ་ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Om, Hum, Tram, Am, Kham, Ham) into ignorance, hatred, miserliness, desire, jealousy, and the powerful Vajra. Transformed by ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ་ཁཾ་རཾ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Jah, Hum, Bam, Hoh, Kham, Ram) into the Form Vajra, etc. Transformed by ལཱཾ་མཱཾ་པཱཾ་ཏཱཾ་ཁཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Lam, Mam, Pam, Tam, Kham) into earth, water, fire, wind, and space, namely Buddha Locana, Mamaki, Pandaravasini, Tara, and Vajravarahi. Transformed by ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Om, Ah, Hum, Hum) into body, speech, mind, and wisdom heroes. On the eight-petaled lotus of the Dharma wheel are བྷྲཱུཾ་ཨཾ་ཧྲཾ་ཁཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱ་ཨཱི་ཨཱུ་ཨེའོ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Bhrum, Am, Hram, Kham, Hum, A, I, U, E). On the sixteen-petaled lotus of the Enjoyment wheel are (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Om, A, I, U, E), the five vowel letters. On the thirty-two-petaled lotus of the Great Bliss wheel is ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: Ham). On the sixty-four-petaled lotus of the Emanation wheel, adorned with eight groups: A, Ka, Tsa, Tha, Ta, Pa, Ya, Sha. The left and right sides, and the letters Ka, etc., should be placed in the center. Puja, O, A.
