从明妃产生微尘自性，因此众女性也将会聚集。所谓以鹏鸟之面行走，是指以颠倒的姿势，从极度盛开的莲花中，取出包含血液的脉口，这会转变为一切如来之自性种姓，因此成为人中之尊，具足光辉且名号无垢。其手掌中的光辉，任何事物都无法夺走，因为会成为一切生灵的供养处，因此与转轮王一样具足光辉，并以长寿和无病圆满具足。所谓仅忆念就能杀戮，是指将该轮置于太阳的中心，用毒药、盐和芥子书写，用坟场的灰烬和木炭制作形象，放入心间，忆念所要诛杀之人，将其勾召并放入，埋在坟场中，用人骨橛钉入心间，倒入热水，以愤怒心念诵咒语，七日内就会死亡。所谓拙火燃烧，安住于燃烧火焰之鬘的禅定中，被南方之风吹动并扇动，就能在任何地方生起火焰。以专注的金刚杵刺击并念诵咒语，就能摧毁地下的生物。在手掌中显现赞颂，并顺着风势吹动，就能在任何想要的地方降下冰雹。所谓仅忆念就能产生闪电等等，这很容易理解。所谓坟场的木炭等等，在满月的初八或十四，在焚烧尸体的火焰上焚烧阿迦树，用曼陀罗花的汁液熄灭火焰，用该木炭与毒药和盐一起，在坟场布上书写置于太阳中心的轮，用坟场的灰烬制作形象，将名字和性交物放入其心间，进行勾召等等，用大量的古古鲁香熏，念诵一次咒语并吹动所要针对之人的名字，那人立刻就会倒下。用萨迦达卡的笔，在食肉者的心脏上如法书写该轮，并用如前所说的灰烬赞颂，念诵任何人的名字并吹动，那人就会被食肉者抓住。

The so-called killing by mere remembrance means placing that wheel in the center of the sun, writing with poison, salt, and mustard, making an image with the ashes and charcoal of the cemetery, placing it in the heart, remembering the person to be killed, summoning and placing them in, burying it in the cemetery, nailing the heart with a human bone peg, pouring hot water, and reciting the mantra with an angry mind, within seven days they will die. The so-called tummo burning, abiding in the samādhi of a burning garland of flames, being struck and fanned by the southern wind, can generate fire anywhere. Piercing with a focused vajra and reciting the mantra will destroy the underground beings. Manifesting praise in the palm of the hand and blowing in the direction of the wind will cause hail to fall wherever desired. The so-called generating lightning by mere remembrance, etc., is easy to understand. The so-called charcoal of the cemetery, etc., on the eighth or fourteenth of the waxing moon, burning arka wood on the fire of burning corpses, extinguishing the fire with the juice of datura flowers, using that charcoal together with poison and salt, writing a wheel placed in the center of the sun on cemetery cloth, making an image with the ashes of the cemetery, placing the name and sexual object in its heart, performing summoning etc., fumigating with a large amount of guggulu incense, reciting the mantra once and blowing on the name of the person to be targeted, that person will immediately fall. Writing that wheel on the heart of a flesh-eater with a pen of saka taka, and praising with the ashes as previously said, reciting anyone's name and blowing, that person will be seized by the flesh-eater.
