It will cause uninterrupted rain to fall in all the lands of Jambudvipa. The land will be filled with grain, and all sentient beings will abide in a state of blissful touch. Then, one should perfectly prepare the wheel implement, which arises from the mantra wheel implement. The name of the wheel of the lord of serpent heads. Even just hearing this supremely rare and profound teaching causes fear, what need is there to mention all the serpent heads by writing down its name? On white cloth or paper, draw an eight-petaled lotus. The three wheels are arranged in order, surrounded by a garland of vajras, lotuses, and wheels. Poison, salt, mustard, the three fevers, and charnel ground ashes, various things are placed in the left direction. By placing them very evenly, starting from the east and other directions, as well as from the corners of the powerful direction. Starting from the mantras such as "Kara Kara," up to "Extremely Wrathful Mother," and finally placing "Great Diligence." One should write one's own name, and combine it with "Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ." Oṃ illuminates everything, bestows accomplishments, and illuminates all desires. The three wheels are completely surrounded, with eight ribs, sides, circles, and dragons, one should write "Infinite" and so on. Cover it with Karavera shoots, and bathe it with water continuously. Recite it once, and continuously apply incense with Guggulu incense. If it still does not rain, then on the seventh day, cut it into pieces, put it in a vase, and then throw it into a great river. In this way, all the nāgas will be defeated, faint from fear, and then cause rain to fall. Thinking of the wheel in the left hand, writing down the real name, and reciting it once, one can be freed from the snake's grasp in time.
