The territory expanded by "Na" is considered a domain. A domain refers to territories near those that pay tribute to the king. The king's palace belongs to the place where the owner of the land resides. "It is also okay to stay" refers to the praise of residing. By residing in these places, one should bestow benefits by causing rain, etc. Or, wandering in these places, one should perform actions that no one knows about. Furthermore, in order to indicate the places for offering Torma, it is said: "At the gate, in the gatehouse, on the main road, in the alley, at the crossroads, at the three-way intersection, between villages, in the shop, it is also okay to stay." The gate refers to the outside of anything. The gatehouse refers to the place sheltered by the gate. The main road refers to the wide road. The alley refers to the path near the house. There is also the text of "Water Alley," which is the same thing. "Crossroads" refers to the place where four roads meet. "Three-way intersection" refers to the center where three roads meet. "Between villages" refers to the area relative to two villages. "Shop" refers to the house where merchants gather. The word "Na" is a particle of aggregation for the territory. "It is also okay to stay" means residing there and performing the ritual of Torma, because it is a place where Dakinis, beings, flesh-eaters, hungry ghosts, etc., wander. Now, in order to indicate the places for the Tsog Khorlo (assembly wheel), it is said: "In an empty house, on a mountain, by a river, in a forest, in dense thickets, it is also okay to stay." An empty house refers to a city without people. A mountain refers to a place where birds roost, a cave, a mountain valley, etc. A river refers to the sandbar of a large river. Or, it is the shore of a great ocean. A forest refers to a place with abundant trees. Dense thickets refer to a place covered with dense trees. These are considered to be extremely secluded places. Therefore, it should be done in a place secluded from ordinary people, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, etc. Why? Because revealing secrets to ordinary people leads to a root downfall, and in other (texts) it is also said: "Whoever is a true Bhikshu, whoever is a person who delights in realization, whoever is the abode of the elderly, one should not reveal it to them." Thus it is said.

Why is that? Because here, enlightenment is achieved through the door of desire. For some, it becomes like the second way, so it is only abandonment. Therefore, the Bhagavan also said in some tantras that it should be abandoned, and in some tantras that liberation is achieved through practice. In some tantras, killing is forbidden, while in others, it is said to be permissible. So, what is it like here? It should be said that here, we believe that a special cause produces a special result. Because forms and other desired objects become special objects of enjoyment, it should be known that this is the accomplishment of purpose. Otherwise, those who want to abandon will not achieve their purpose, because they cut off the senses and objects, and desire something else. As it is said: 'The ascetic's vows are unbearable, the body becomes emaciated and suffers, suffering distracts the mind, distraction turns accomplishment into something else.' And again it is said: 'Unbearable asceticism and hardship, if practiced, will not be accomplished, but if all desires are enjoyed, practice will quickly lead to accomplishment.' Therefore, it is certain that purpose is achieved through desire. If controlled by skillful means, the afflictions will not turn into poison when enjoyed, so it is said to be the nature of afflictions.

Calling upon its name will ultimately lead to liberation; by that very name, one will be liberated, and through the power of wisdom, one will attain bliss. Thus it is said, and again it is said: By what fierce karma are beings tormented in the unbearable hells? If endowed with skillful means, by that very karma, one will be liberated from the bonds of existence. Thus it is said. And again it is said: For one endowed with wisdom and skillful means, afflictions become limbs of enlightenment. Such extensive teachings state that the manifestation of the fruits of practice and liberation is the definite conclusion of the Bhagavan. As taught in that solitary place, even the enjoyment of food and other provisions, whether there are distinctions in the dwelling place or not, even if it is not so, one should increase devotion there. Having built a three-storied house for assembly there, first, a gathering of heroes and heroines, and siblings, should also assemble. Second, there are various kinds of musical instruments. Third, there are various kinds of food and drink. The place of assembly for heroes should be made of bricks and so forth, or it should be dug out, made square, with four doors, adorned with four horse stables. Vajra, jewels, lotus, and so on, should be equipped with four gatekeepers. Women who rival one's own deity, who are skilled in practice, marked with the auspicious mudra of their own hand, should examine the assembly wheel. It is said that in order to indicate that one should reside in such a place, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas gather and descend, and also explain the realization of all dharmas, and also show their forms. Therefore, in that place previously described, visualize the mandala of the glorious First Supreme One, and in the mandalas of mind, speech, and body, visualize a palace with four doors. "Buddhas" refers to the Buddhas of the glorious First Supreme One, and the various realms are in the center of the wheel of mind. The Tathagatas who will be described below are also included. In the fire, truthlessness, wind, and dominion of that very mandala, like the attendant mother Dūvamā and others, one should abide in the form of black, red, yellow, and white. In the vicinity of those, one should also establish white Dharma smoke, red Gaṇḍī, black wish-fulfilling jewel, and wish-fulfilling tree.
